Description
図1は、この発明の実施の形態にかかる空気入りタイヤを示すタイヤ子午線方向の断面図である。図2は、図1に示す空気入りタイヤの接地面の形状を示す説明図である。図3は、図1に記載した空気入りタイヤのベルト層を示す説明図である。図4は、図1に記載した空気入りタイヤのベルト層を示す説明図である。図5は、図1に示す空気入りタイヤの接地面とベルト層との関係を示す説明図である。以下の説明において、タイヤ径方向とは、空気入りタイヤ1の回転軸(図示せず)と直交する方向をいい、タイヤ径方向内側とはタイヤ径方向において回転軸に向かう側、タイヤ径方向外側とはタイヤ径方向において回転軸から離れる側をいう。また、タイヤ周方向とは、前記回転軸を中心軸とする周り方向をいう。また、タイヤ幅方向とは、前記回転軸と平行な方向をいい、タイヤ幅方向内側とはタイヤ幅方向においてタイヤ赤道面(タイヤ赤道線)CLに向かう側、タイヤ幅方向外側とはタイヤ幅方向においてタイヤ赤道面CLから離れる側をいう。タイヤ赤道面CLとは、空気入りタイヤ1の回転軸に直交すると共に、空気入りタイヤ1のタイヤ幅の中心を通る平面である。タイヤ幅は、タイヤ幅方向の外側に位置する部分同士のタイヤ幅方向における幅、つまり、タイヤ幅方向においてタイヤ赤道面CLから最も離れている部分間の距離である。タイヤ赤道線とは、タイヤ赤道面CL上にあって空気入りタイヤ1のタイヤ周方向に沿う線をいう。本実施の形態では、タイヤ赤道線にタイヤ赤道面と同じ符号「CL」を付す。また、本実施形態では、空気入りタイヤを長距離輸送用のトラック、バスなどに装着される重荷重用ラジアルタイヤとした場合について説明する。
Claims (6)
- 一対の交差ベルトと、前記交差ベルト間あるいは前記交差ベルトよりもタイヤ径方向内側に配置され、タイヤ周方向に対して±5[deg]の範囲内で傾斜しつつ螺旋状に巻き廻わされたスチールワイヤを備える周方向補強層と、を有するベルト層と、
前記ベルト層よりもタイヤ径方向外側に配置され、路面と接地するトレッド部と、を備え、
前記トレッド部は、正規リムにリム組みし、正規内圧の最大空気圧を充填し、キャンバー角を0°とし、正規荷重の100%をかけた際の接地面の形状が、タイヤ赤道面におけるタイヤ周方向の接地長をLCとし、前記周方向補強層のタイヤ幅方向の端部におけるタイヤ周方向の接地長をLZとした場合、0.9≦LZ/LC≦1.0であり、
前記周方向補強層は、タイヤ幅方向の幅が、前記トレッド部の前記接地面のタイヤ幅方向の最大接地幅の60%以上85%以下であることを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記トレッド部は、前記接地面の形状が、前記タイヤ赤道面を中心として前記タイヤ幅方向の最大接地幅の90%となる位置におけるタイヤ周方向の接地長をL90とした場合、0.85≦L90/LC≦1.0であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記トレッド部は、前記接地面の形状が、前記タイヤ赤道面を中心として前記タイヤ幅方向の最大接地幅の50%となる位置におけるタイヤ周方向の接地長をL50とした場合、0.90≦L50/LC≦1.0であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記トレッド部は、前記接地面の形状が、前記タイヤ赤道面を中心として前記タイヤ幅方向の最大接地幅の90%となる位置におけるタイヤ周方向の接地長をL90とし、前記タイヤ赤道面を中心として前記タイヤ幅方向の最大接地幅の98%となる位置におけるタイヤ周方向の接地長をL98とした場合、0.95≦L98/L90≦1.05であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ベルト層は、前記周方向補強層が、一対の交差ベルトの間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 重荷重用空気入りタイヤであることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
