Claims (8)
- 노면과 접촉하는 트레드부(100);
상기 트레드부(100)의 양측에서 숄더와 이너라이너(300)를 형성하며 연장되는 사이드월부(200);
상기 트레드부(100)와 상기 사이드월부(200)의 내주면에 일체로 부착되며 사이드월부(200)의 양단부에서 턴업헤드(3c)를 형성하는 카카스(3);
상기 카카스(3)의 상기 트레드부(100) 측에 적층되는 벨트층(4); 및
상기 턴업헤드(3c)의 내측에서 휠 측에 삽입되는 비드코어(1)와 상기 비드코어(1)의 상기 트레드부(100) 측면에 삽입되는 비드필러(2)와 상기 턴업헤드(3c)의 계면에 삽입되는 보강재(10)를 포함하는 비드부(P);를 포함하고,
상기 보강재(10)는 상기 보강재(10)의 상기 트레드부(100) 측의 끝단(10a)은 상기 비드필러(2)의 상기 트레드부(100) 측의 끝단(2a)으로부터 상기 트레드부(100) 측으로 5 mm 내지 10 mm 이격되어 위치되도록 형성되며,
상기 카카스(3)는 휠 측의 제1카카스층(3a)과 상기 벨트층(4) 측의 제2카카스층(3b)가 적층된 2 ply를 구조를 가지며, 상기 제1카카스층(3a)의 제1카카스층 끝단(3a1)이 상기 비드코어(1)를 감싸면서 턴업된 후 상기 비드코어 휠측 면(1b)의 범위 내에 위치되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강재를 구비한 공기압 타이어.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 보강재(10)의 휠 측의 끝단(10b)은 상기 비드코어(1)의 비드코어 보강재 측 면(1a)의 범위 내에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강재를 구비한 공기압 타이어. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 보강재(10)는,
핸들링 강성 기여도를 고려하여 15 ℃ 내지 45 ℃ 범위 내에서 굽어지는 압연물인 것을 특징으로 하는 보강재를 구비한 공기압 타이어. - 삭제

상기 제2카카스층(3b)의 제2카카스층 끝단(3b1)이 상기 비드코어(1)를 감싸면서 턴업된 후 상기 비드코어 보강재측 면(1a)의 범위 내에 위치되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강재를 구비한 공기압 타이어. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제2카카스층(3b)의 상기 제2카카스층 끝단(3b1)을 포함하는 단부와 상기 보강재(10)가 5mm 내지 7 mm로 중첩되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강재를 구비한 공기압 타이어.
