Claims (34)
- 수술 트레이닝 디바이스에 있어서,
트레이너 베이스(base);
상기 트레이너 베이스로부터 간격을 두고 떨어지되 상기 트레이너 베이스에 연결된 상부 커버로서, 상기 상부 커버와 상기 트레이너 베이스 사이에 내부 공동(internal cavity)을 정의하는, 상기 상부 커버;
상기 내부 공동을 액세스 하기 위한 적어도 하나의 개구 또는 관통할 수 있는 영역;
상기 내부 공동 안쪽에 복강경 카메라;
상기 복강경 카메라에 연결되고 상기 복강경 카메라에 의해 캡쳐된 이미지들을 디스플레이 하도록 구성된 비디오 디스플레이 모니터;
상기 공동 안쪽에 배치된 착탈 가능한 모델로서; 상기 모델은 베이스에 간격을 두고 떨어진 방식으로 연결된 복수개의 마운팅 포스트(post)들에 연결된 적어도 하나의 모조 조직 부분(simulated tissue portion)을 포함하고; 각각의 마운팅 포스트는 종축을 따라서 외부 표면에 형성된 적어도 하나의 노치(notch)를 포함하고 상기 적어도 하나의 노치의 위치에 상기 모조 조직 부분을 지탱하여 상기 모조 조직 부분이 상기 베이스로부터 소정 거리만큼 떠 있도록(suspend) 구성되는, 상기 착탈 가능한 모델을 포함하고,
적어도 하나의 상기 마운팅 포스트는 앵귤레이션(angulation)을 선택적으로 변화시키기 위해 상기 베이스에 대해 이동 가능하면서 여러축방향(polyaxially)에 각지도록(angulate) 구성되어, 상기 적어도 하나의 모조 조직 부분의 텐션(tension)을 선택적으로 조정하는, 수술 트레이닝 디바이스. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 모조 조직 부분은 실리콘 시트(sheet of silicone)인, 수술 트레이닝 디바이스.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 시트는 신축성있는(stretchable) 직물 또는 메시(mesh)를 포함하는, 수술 트레이닝 디바이스.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 모델은 두개의 시트의 모조 조직 부분들을 포함하는, 수술 트레이닝 디바이스.
- 청구항 4에 있어서, 상기 두개의 시트의 모조 조직 부분들 중 적어도 하나는 적어도 하나의 모조 종양 구조를 포함하는, 수술 트레이닝 디바이스.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 모조 종양 구조는 상기 두개의 시트의 모조 조직 부분들 사이에 위치되는, 수술 트레이닝 디바이스.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 모조 조직 부분은 실제 조직 경도(consistency)를 모조하기 위해 조작될 때 편향가능하고 상기 포스트 상에 선택 가능한 텐션(tension)을 가지고 마운트되는, 수술 트레이닝 디바이스.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 모조 조직 부분은 상기 복수개의 마운팅 포스트들 상에 마운팅하기 위한 복수개의 사전형성된 개구들을 포함하는, 수술 트레이닝 디바이스.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 각각의 마운팅 포스트는 테이퍼진(tapered) 원위 단부를 포함하는, 수술 트레이닝 디바이스.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 각각의 마운팅 포스트는 뭉퉁한(blunt) 원위 단부를 포함하는, 수술 트레이닝 디바이스.
- 청구항 10에 있어서, 각각의 마운팅 포스트는 상기 적어도 하나의 모조 조직 부분에 개구를 형성하는 것이 가능한, 수술 트레이닝 디바이스.
- 수술 트레이닝 디바이스에 있어서,
상단 표면을 갖는 베이스;
상기 베이스의 상기 상단 표면으로부터 위쪽으로 연장되고 상기 베이스에 연결된 복수개의 마운팅 포스트들로서; 각각의 마운팅 포스트는 상기 베이스에 연결된 근위 단부 및 테이퍼진 원위 단부를 갖는, 상기 복수개의 마운팅 포스트;
적어도 하나의 실질적으로 평면인 모조 조직 부분은 상단 표면 및 하단 표면을 갖고; 상기 모조 조직 부분은 상기 상단 표면과 상기 하단 표면 사이에서 연장되는 개구를 포함하고; 상기 복수개의 마운팅 포스트들은 상기 개구를 통과하도록 구성되어 상기 모조 조직 부분은 상기 개구를 통과하여 연장되는 상기 포스트들에 의해 떠 있고; 상기 모조 조직 부분은 가요적(flexible)이고 신축적인 재료로 만들어진, 상기 모조 조직 부분을 포함하는, 수술 트레이닝 디바이스. - 청구항 12에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 마운팅 포스트는 상기 베이스에 대하여 여러축방향(polyaxilly)에서 각지도록(angulate) 구성된, 수술 트레이닝 디바이스.
- 청구항 12에 있어서, 각각의 마운팅 포스트는 상기 적어도 하나의 모조 조직 부분을 유지하도록 구성된 적어도 하나의 노치를 포함하는, 수술 트레이닝 디바이스.
- 청구항 12에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 모조 조직 부분은 상기 베이스에 대하여 비스듬한(angled), 수술 트레이닝 디바이스.
- 청구항 12에 있어서, 상단 표면 및 하단 표면 및 상기 마운팅 포스트들에 연결되는 개구들을 갖는 제 2의 실질적으로 평면의 모조 조직 부분을 더 포함하되 상기 제 2 모조 조직 부분은 상기 개구들을 통하여 상기 포스트들에 의해 떠 있고; 상기 제 2 모조 조직 부분은 가요적이고 신축적인 재료로 만들어져서 상기 복수개의 마운팅 포스트들 사이에서 텐션있게 마운트되고; 상기 제 2 모조 조직 부분은 상기 적어도 하나의 다른 모조 조직 부분에 인접하게 위치되는, 수술 트레이닝 디바이스.

- 청구항 16에 있어서, 상기 제 2 모조 조직 부분은 상기 적어도 하나의 다른 모조 조직 부분에 대하여 소정 각도에서 배치되는, 수술 트레이닝 디바이스.
- 청구항 12에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 모조 조직 부분은 내장된 메시 재료를 갖는 실리콘으로 만들어진, 수술 트레이닝 디바이스.

트레이너 베이스(trainer base);
상기 트레이너 베이스로부터 간격을 두고 떨어지되 상기 트레이너 베이스에 연결된 트레이너 상부 커버로서, 상기 상부 커버와 상기 트레이너 베이스사이의 내부 트레이너 공동을 정의하는, 상기 트레이너 상부 커버;
상기 내부 트레이너 공동을 액세스하기 위한 적어도 하나의 개구 또는 관통할 수 있는 영역;
상기 내부 트레이너 공동내로 연장되는 복강경 카메라; 및
상기 복강경 카메라에 연결되고 상기 복강경 카메라에 의해 캡쳐된 이미지들을 디스플레이하도록 구성된 비디오 디스플레이 모니터;를 포함하는, 상기 복강경 트레이너를 더 포함하되,
상기 베이스, 마운팅 포스트들 및 적어도 하나의 모조 조직 부분은 복강경 수술들을 실습하는 유저에 의한 직접 관측으로부터 실질적으로 은폐된 상기 트레이너 안쪽에 배치되는, 수술 트레이닝 디바이스. - 청구항 23에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 모조 조직 부분은 상기 적어도 하나의 모조 조직 부분의 상단 표면상에 마킹된 미리 결정된 경로를 포함하는, 수술 트레이닝 디바이스.
- 청구항 14에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 노치는 모든 마운팅 포스트들상에 동일한 높이에 형성되는, 수술 트레이닝 디바이스.
