Abstract
정공 수송성이 높은 유기 화합물과, 상기 유기 화합물에 대하여 전자 수용성을 가지는 물질을 가지는 복합 재료이고, 또한 전자 스핀 공명법에 의하여 측정되는 스핀 농도가 1×1019 spins/cm3 이하, 또는 유기 화합물에 대한 전자 수용체의 몰비가 1 이상의 경우에 있어서, 스핀 농도가 3×1019 spins/cm3 이하, 또는 유기 화합물에 대한 전자 수용체의 몰비가 2 이상의 경우에 있어서, 스핀 농도가 5×1019 spins/cm3 이하인 복합 재료를, 발광 소자에 이용한다.
Description
도 2는 유기 화합물에 대한 산화 몰리브덴의 몰비와, 전자 스핀 공명 스펙트럼의 측정에 의하여 산출된 스핀 농도의 관계를 나타낸 그래프.

상기 제 1 전극 위의 발광 물질을 포함하는 층; 및
상기 층 위의 제 2 전극을 포함하고,
상기 층은 복합 재료를 더 포함하고,
상기 복합 재료는 정공 수송성을 가진 유기 화합물과 전자 수용체를 포함하고,
상기 복합 재료의 스핀 농도가 1×1019spins/cm3 이하인, 발광 소자.

- 제 1 항, 제 5 항, 제 9 항, 제 13 항, 제 17 항, 및 제 21 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 전자 수용체는, 산화 바나듐, 산화 니오브, 산화 탄탈, 산화 크롬, 산화 몰리브덴, 산화 텅스텐, 산화 망간, 및 산화 레늄 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 발광 소자.
- 제 1 항, 제 5 항, 제 9 항, 제 13 항, 제 17 항, 및 제 21 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 발광 소자를 포함하는 발광 장치.
