도 2는 비교예 10에서 얻어진 수지 조성물의 단면 전자 현미경 사진이다.
Claims (11)
- 폴리아미드 수지 100질량부에 대해서 평균 섬유 지름이 500㎚ 이하인 셀룰로오스 섬유 0.01∼10질량부를 함유하는 폴리아미드 수지 조성물이고,
상기 셀룰로오스 섬유는 폴리아미드 수지를 구성하는 모노머와 셀룰로오스 섬유의 수분산액을 혼합하여 중합 반응을 행함으로써 얻어지는 폴리아미드 수지 조성물 중에 존재하는 것이며,
상기 폴리아미드 수지 조성물은 굴곡 탄성률이 1.8G㎩ 이상이고, 하중 1.8M㎩시의 열변형 온도가 55℃ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 수지 조성물. - 삭제

MD 방향에 있어서의 선팽창 계수(20∼150℃의 영역에서의 평균값을 산출하는 것)는 120×10-6(1/℃) 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 수지 조성물. - 삭제

하중 1.8M㎩시의 열변형 온도는 65℃ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
MD 방향에 있어서의 선팽창 계수(20∼150℃의 영역에서의 평균값을 산출하는 것)는 80×10-6(1/℃) 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,

상기 폴리아미드 수지는 나일론 11 또는 나일론 12인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항 및 제 6 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리아미드 수지는 나일론 6 또는 나일론 66인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항, 제 4 항 및 제 6 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 폴리아미드 수지 조성물을 제조하기 위한 방법으로서, 상기 폴리아미드 수지를 구성하는 모노머와 셀룰로오스 섬유의 수분산액을 혼합하여 중합 반응을 행함으로써 평균 섬유 지름이 500㎚ 이하인 셀룰로오스 섬유가 얻어지는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 수지 조성물의 제조법.
