Claims (5)
- 복합소재를 가공하여 얻어지는 컨테이너에 있어서,
상기 복합소재는, 전체 100 중량%에 대하여 폴리아미드(polyamide) 수지 40 내지 50 중량%, 유리섬유(glass fiber) 10 내지 15 중량%, 미네랄필러(mineral filler) 15 내지 20 중량% 및 첨가제 15 내지 20 중량%가 포함되고,
상기 미네랄필러는 규회석(wallastonite) 및 탈석(talc)을 포함하며,
상기 복합소재는, 충격강도 150 J/m 이상, 굴곡탄성율 8,000 MPa 이상, 선팽창계수 100 ㎛/m℃ 이하 및 열변형온도 195 ℃ 이상이고, 가공온도 240 내지 245 ℃, 스크류 회전속도 500 내지 530 RPM 및 전단변형 60 내지 70 %를 만족하는 혼합기에서 혼합되며,
상기 컨테이너는, 100 ℃에서 1시간 가열하여 측정한 치수변화율이 2% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는,
