Claims (7)
- 가속페달을 밟지 않는 상태에서 변속 진입시, 제어부에 의해 해방측 클러치를 일정 부분 해제 제어하는 해제단계;
상기 해제단계 이 후에, 엔진회전속도가 결합측 입력축속도를 추종하여 동기되도록 제어부에 의해 동기화 초기에는 결합측 클러치토크를 일정 부분 인가하고, 동기화 말기에는 해방측 클러치토크를 일정 부분 인가하도록 제어하는 동기화단계; 및
상기 동기화 이 후에, 제어부에 의해 해방측 클러치를 해제하면서 결합측 클러치를 결합하도록 제어하는 토크핸드오버단계;를 포함하고,
상기 동기화단계는,
상기 해제단계 이 후에, 결합측 클러치토크를 일정부분 상승 제어하여 엔진회전속도가 결합측 입력축속도를 추종하도록 제어하는 제1동기화단계;
상기 제1동기화단계에서 결합측 입력축속도 및 해방측 입력축속도에 대한 엔진회전속도의 슬립비가 목표슬립비 이상인 경우, 결합측 클러치토크를 일정 부분 해제하면서 해방측 클러치토크를 일정 부분 상승 제어하는 제2동기화단계;를 포함하는 DCT차량용 변속 제어방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 해제단계에서는
가속페달을 밟지 않은 상태에서 변속이 이루어지는 파워오프 업쉬프트 변속이 개시되었는지 여부를 판단하고, 파워오프 업쉬프트 변속시 결합측 기어를 체결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DCT차량용 변속 제어방법. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1동기화단계에서 상기 결합측 클러치토크는,
목표 엔진각가속도를 설정하고, 현재 엔진각가속도가 목표 엔진각가속도에 추종할 때까지 결합측 클러치토크를 상승 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DCT차량용 변속 제어방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제2동기화단계에서 상기 해방측 클러치토크는,
엔진 드래그토크의 절대값보다 작거나, 엔진 드래그토크의 절대값에 상응하는 만큼 해방측 클러치토크를 상승 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DCT차량용 변속 제어방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제2동기화단계에서 결합측 클러치의 슬립량이 기준값 미만인 경우, 토크핸드오버단계로 진입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DCT차량용 변속 제어방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
결합측 클러치 및 해방측 클러치의 결합 및 해제 작동이 클러치 액추에이터에 의해 이루어지고;
상기 클러치 액추에이터의 작동이 제어부에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 DCT차량용 변속 제어방법.
