Claims (6)
- 컨트롤러가 파워온 업쉬프트 토크페이즈 수행 중 팁아웃이 발생했는지의 여부를 포함하는 진입조건이 충족되는지를 판단하는 조건판단단계와;
상기 진입조건이 충족되는 경우에는, 상기 컨트롤러가 결합측클러치 토크를 엔진토크 및 엔진 속도변화에 따라 산출하여 상기 결합측클러치를 제어하고, 해방측클러치 토크를 상기 진입조건 충족 전에 비하여 더욱 빠르게 감소되도록 산출하여 상기 해방측클러치를 제어하는 팁아웃대응단계;를 포함하여 구성되고,
상기 팁아웃대응단계에서, 상기 컨트롤러는 직전 제어사이클의 해방측클러치 토크로부터 토크페이즈 잔여시간 동안 저감되어야 할 해방측클러치 토크의 총량을 상기 토크페이즈 잔여시간으로 나누어서 얻어지는 양만큼 감소시킨 것에서, 제어사이클의 진행에 따라 소정의 감소토크만큼씩 절대값이 증가하는 보상토크를 추가로 감소시켜서 당해 제어사이클의 해방측클러치 토크를 산출하여, 상기 해방측클러치를 제어하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 DCT차량의 변속제어 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 조건판단단계에서의 진입조건은 팁아웃이 발생하고, 그 시점의 엔진토크가 소정의 기준토크 이상인 경우 조건이 만족하는 것으로 설정된 것
을 특징으로 하는 DCT차량의 변속제어 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 조건판단단계 수행결과, 상기 진입조건이 충족되지 않는 동안에는, 상기 컨트롤러는 직전 제어사이클의 해방측클러치 토크로부터 토크페이즈 잔여시간 동안 저감되어야 할 해방측클러치 토크의 총량을 상기 토크페이즈 잔여시간으로 나누어서 얻어지는 양만큼 감소시켜서 당해 제어사이클의 해방측클러치 토크를 산출하여 상기 해방측클러치를 제어하는 노멀제어단계를 수행하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 DCT차량의 변속제어 방법. - 삭제
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 팁아웃대응단계 수행 중, 운전자의 가속페달 조작량이 소정수준 이상이어서 운전자의 재가속 의지가 판단되면, 상기 컨트롤러는 직전 제어사이클의 해방측클러치 토크로부터 토크페이즈 잔여시간 동안 저감되어야 할 해방측클러치 토크의 총량을 상기 토크페이즈 잔여시간으로 나누어서 얻어지는 양만큼 감소시킨 것에서, 상기 운전자의 재가속 의지 판단 직전 제어사이클에서의 상기 보상토크를 일정하게 추가로 감소시켜서 당해 제어사이클의 해방측클러치 토크를 산출하여, 상기 해방측클러치를 제어하는 재가속제어단계를 수행하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 DCT차량의 변속제어 방법. - 청구항 5항에 있어서,
상기 컨트롤러는 상기 노멀제어단계, 팁아웃대응단계, 또는 재가속제어단계 수행 중, 토크페이즈 완료 목표시간에 도달하면, 해당 단계를 종료하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 DCT차량의 변속제어 방법.
