도 3은 본 발명에 따른 유압식 쿨링 장치의 쿨링팬 속도에 따른 팬 소모 동력을 보여주는 그래프
도 4는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 AMT 장착 차량의 변속제어방법을 보여주는 순서도
도 5는 일반 AMT 장착 차량의 엔진 감속시간과 본 발명에 따른 쿨링팬 작동에 따른 엔진 감속시간을 비교한 그래프

Claims (2)
- 변속 시작 및 클러치 해제 여부를 판단하는 단계;
상기 단계에서 변속이 시작되고 클러치가 해제된 것으로 판단된 경우 유압식 쿨링장치의 개폐밸브(13)를 완전 개방하여 엔진속도를 감소시키는 단계;
상기 엔진속도를 입력축 속도로 동기화시키는 단계; 및
상기 엔진속도와 입력축 속도가 동기화된 상태에서 클러치를 재접합시키는 단계;
를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동화 수동변속기 장착 차량의 변속제어방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 엔진 속도를 감소시키는 단계는 차량제어기(HCU(15))가 변속제어기(TCU)로부터 변속이 시작되고 클러치가 해제되었다는 신호를 받으면 쿨링제어기(14)에 개폐밸브(13)의 완전 개방신호를 요청하는 단계;
상기 HCU(15)의 개방신호 요청에 따라 유압펌프(11)와 유압모터(12) 사이를 연결하는 개폐밸브(13)가 완전 개방된 경우 엔진(10)의 구동에 의해 유압펌프(11)를 작동시키는 단계; 및
상기 유압펌프(11)에서 발생된 유압에 의해 유압모터(12)를 작동시켜 유압모터(12)의 회전력으로 쿨링팬(16)을 작동시키는 단계;
로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동화 수동변속기 장착 차량의 변속제어방법.
