도 4는 본 발명에 따른 전기차 변속기 제어방법에 따라 도 1의 변속기가 변속을 수행하는 상황을 도시한 그래프이다.

Claims (6)
- 상위변속단, 하위변속단 및 상기 상위변속단 보다 낮은 변속비를 가진 서보기어쌍을 구비하고, 상기 서보기어쌍을 이루는 서보구동기어와 입력축 사이에 마찰력을 인가할 수 있도록 하는 서보클러치가 구비된 전기차 변속기를 제어하는 방법에 있어서,
컨트롤러가 상기 상위변속단으로부터 하위변속단으로 다운 쉬프트가 필요하다고 판단하면, 현재의 모터토크에 따라 상기 모터가 발휘할 소정의 여유토크를 확보하도록 하는 토크확보단계와;
상기 컨트롤러가 상기 상위변속단 보다 낮은 변속비를 가진 상기 서보기어쌍 중 상기 서보구동기어와 입력축 사이에 마찰력을 인가할 수 있도록 설치된 상기 서보클러치로 마찰력을 발생시키는 슬립제어단계와;
상기 슬립제어단계 개시 후, 상기 컨트롤러가 상기 상위변속단의 동기장치를 해제하여 중립상태로 전환하는 중립전환단계와;
상기 중립전환단계 이후, 상기 컨트롤러가 상기 토크확보단계에서 확보된 모터의 여유토크를 활용하여 상기 모터의 회전속도를 상기 하위변속단의 목표속도에 동기시키는 모터동기단계와;
상기 모터동기단계 개시 후, 상기 컨트롤러가 상기 하위변속단의 동기장치를 체결하는 기어체결단계와;
상기 기어체결단계 이후, 상기 컨트롤러가 상기 서보클러치를 해제하여 변속을 완료하는 클러치해제단계;
를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기차 변속기 제어방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 토크확보단계는
현재의 모터토크가 모터의 최대토크에 비하여 소정의 여유토크 이상 작은지 판단하는 모터토크판단단계와;
상기 모터토크판단단계 수행결과, 상기 최대토크와 현재 모터토크의 차이가 상기 여유토크 미만인 경우, 상기 모터토크를 저감하여 상기 최대토크와 현재 모터토크의 차이가 상기 여유토크 이상이 되도록 하는 모터토크저감단계;
를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기차 변속기 제어방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 중립전환단계는 상기 슬립제어단계의 개시에 의해 상기 상위변속단을 통한 토크의 전달이 상기 서보기어쌍으로 이전되면 수행되는 것
을 특징으로 하는 전기차 변속기 제어방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 슬립제어단계는 상기 중립전환단계가 수행되면, 상기 서보클러치의 전달토크를 일정하게 유지시키는 것
을 특징으로 하는 전기차 변속기 제어방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 모터동기단계에서는 상기 서보클러치의 전달토크가 일정하게 유지된 상태에서 모터토크를 능동적으로 제어하여 수행되는 것
을 특징으로 하는 전기차 변속기 제어방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 슬립제어단계는 상기 컨트롤러가 다운쉬프트가 필요하다고 판단하면 상기 토크확보단계와 동시에 개시되는 것
을 특징으로 하는 전기자 변속기 제어방법.
