도 2는 본 발명에 따른 DCT 탑재 차량의 변속 제어방법의 실시예를 도시한 순서도,
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 킥다운 변속 중 킥다운 변속의 상황을 설명한 그래프이다.

S30; 클러치조작단계
S40; 클러치해제단계
Claims (5)
상기 변속중변속판단단계(S10) 수행결과, 1차 킥다운 변속 중 2차 킥다운 변속이 요구되는 상황이면, 상기 1차 킥다운 변속 시에 클러치가 해제되는 입력축의 기어가 해제되었는지를 판단하는 기어해제판단단계(S20)와;
상기 기어해제판단단계(S20) 수행결과, 기어가 해제되었으면, 상기 기어가 해제된 입력축의 클러치를 체결방향으로 작동시켜, 상기 입력축의 속도를 상승시키는 클러치조작단계(S30)와;
상기 클러치조작단계(S30) 수행결과, 상기 입력축의 속도가 상기 클러치로 동력을 제공하는 동력발생장치의 속도와 같아지거나, 2차 킥다운 변속의 목표 변속단에 대한 동기 시작점에 도달하면, 상기 클러치를 해제하는 클러치해제단계(S40);
를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 DCT 탑재 차량의 변속 제어방법.
상기 1차 킥다운 변속과 2차 킥다운 변속은 차례로 커지는 변속비들을 가지고 있는 일련의 변속단들로 순차적으로 변속하는 것이며;
상기 1차 킥다운 변속시에 해제되는 변속단과 상기 2차 킥다운 변속시에 결합되는 상기 목표 변속단은 동일한 입력축에 의해 구현되도록 배치된 것
을 특징으로 하는 DCT 탑재 차량의 변속 제어방법.
상기 클러치조작단계(S30)에서는 상기 클러치를 통한 토크의 전달이 점진적으로 증가하도록 클러치를 체결하는 방향으로 조작하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 DCT 탑재 차량의 변속 제어방법.
상기 입력축의 기어가 해제되었는지를 판단하는 단계와;
상기 입력축의 기어가 해제되면, 최종적인 목표 변속단의 동기 시작 전까지의 구간 내에서 상기 입력축의 클러치를 체결하는 단계;
를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 DCT 탑재 차량의 변속 제어방법.
상기 입력축의 클러치를 체결하는 단계에서는 상기 클러치에 의해 전달되는 클러치토크의 선형적인 증가가 이루어지도록 상기 클러치를 작동시키는 액츄에이터를 구동하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 DCT 탑재 차량의 변속 제어방법.
