Claims (11)
- 두 개의 클러치에 각각 단속적으로 동력을 전달받을 수 있도록 구비된 두 입력축과 각각의 입력축에 대응하는 두 출력축 각각이 별도의 변속기구와 함께 일련의 기어비에 따른 변속단을 서로 교대로 형성하도록 구성된 DCT(Dual Clutch Transmission)를 탑재한 차량의 변속제어방법에 있어서,
운전자의 가속의지에 따른 가속페달 조작에 따라 하위 변속단으로 변속이 수행되는 킥다운(Kick down) 변속 시 목표 변속단과 현재 변속단 사이의 변속단수 차이가 1단 이상 홀수 변속단수만큼 차이가 나는 경우, 현재 변속단의 기어에 엔진 동력을 전달하는 해방측 클러치의 토크를 일정하게 감소시키고, 목표단 입력축의 회전수가 상승하는 엔진 회전수에 동기(Synchronization) 되도록 결합측 클러치의 토크를 일정하게 증가시키되,
상기 목표단 입력축의 회전수와 엔진 회전수가 동기판단시점(f1)에 도달했는지를 판단하여 결합측 클러치 토크를 제어하고, 목표단 입력축의 회전수와 엔진 회전수가 동기된 시점에 목표단 기어 체결을 위한 변속제어를 수행하는 DCT 차량의 변속제어방법.
- DCT(Dual Clutch Transmission) 차량의 변속제어방법에 있어서,
운전자의 가속의지에 따른 가속페달 조작에 따라 하위 변속단으로 변속이 수행되는 킥다운 변속이 개시되었는지를 판단하는 변속개시판단단계(S100);
킥다운 변속이 개시된 경우, 목표 변속단과 현재 변속단 사이의 변속단수 차이가 1단 이상 홀수 변속단수만큼 차이가 나는 이축 변속인지를 판단하는 이축변속판단단계(S200);
상기 이축변속판단단계에서 판단된 차량의 현재 변속 상태가 이축 변속으로 판단된 경우, 해방측 클러치의 토크를 일정하게 감소시키고, 목표단 기어 체결 전 목표단 입력축의 회전수와 상승하는 엔진 회전수가 동기(Synchronization) 되도록 결합측 클러치의 토크를 일정하게 증가시키는 클러치토크제어단계(S300);
클러치 토크 제어에 의한 목표단 입력축의 회전수와 엔진 회전수의 동기(Synchronization) 여부를 판단하는 클러치동기판단단계(S400); 및
상기 목표단 입력축과 엔진의 회전수가 동기된 경우, 목표단 기어 체결을 위한 변속제어를 수행하는 변속수행단계(S500);를 포함하며,
상기 클러치동기판단단계(S400)는 상기 목표단 입력축의 회전수와 엔진의 회전수가 동기판단시점(f1)에 도달했는지를 판단하는 단계(S410)를 포함하는 DCT 차량의 변속제어방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 변속개시판단단계에서는,
상기 가속페달의 변위, 현재 엔진 회전수와 가속페달 조작에 따라 설정되는 목표 회전수의 차이에 관한 정보 중 일부 또는 전부로부터 킥다운 변속의 개시여부를 판단하는 DCT 차량의 변속제어방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 이축변속판단단계에서는,
킥다운 변속이 개시된 시점에 목표단 입력축의 회전수와 엔진의 목표 회전수 차이(C)가 기 설정된 기준치(Th1 rpm) 이상의 다운 변속인 경우 1단 이상 홀수 변속단수만큼 차이 나는 이축 변속으로 판단하는 DCT 차량의 변속제어방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 클러치 토크 제어를 통해 목표단 입력축과 엔진 회전수를 동기(Synchronization) 시키는 과정에서는,
킥다운 변속이 개시된 시점에 결합측 클러치의 토크를 동기개시토크(a NM)까지 점프(jump)시키고, 동기판단시점(f1)까지 임의 토크변화율(b NM/sec)로 상승시키는 DCT 차량의 변속제어방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 동기개시토크(a NM) 값과 토크변화율(b NM/sec) 값은 킥다운 변속이 개시된 시점에 목표단 입력축의 회전수와 엔진의 목표 회전수 차이(C)에 대응하여 미리 기록된 값들 중 선택되는 값인 DCT 차량의 변속제어방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 클러치동기판단단계(S400)는,
서로 동기된 목표단 입력축의 회전수와 엔진의 회전수가 엔진 목표 회전수와 같아지는 동기완료시점에 도달했는지를 판단하는 단계(S420)를 더 포함하는 DCT 차량의 변속제어방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 목표단 입력축의 회전수와 엔진의 회전수가 상기 동기판단시점(f1)에 도달한 것으로 판단되면, 상기 동기완료시점까지 결합측 클러치의 토크를 동기판단시점(f1)에 도달한 때의 토크로 유지시키는 DCT 차량의 변속제어방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 목표단 입력축의 회전수와 엔진의 회전수가 상기 동기완료시점에 도달한 것으로 판단되면, 결합측 클러치의 토크를 클러치 토크 전달 시작점(TP)까지 하향 조정한 후 목표단 기어 체결이 행해지도록 하는 DCT 차량의 변속제어방법.

상기 유압제어 솔레노이드 밸브는,
복수의 클러치 또는 브레이크 중 목표단 기어 체결을 단속하는 클러치 또는 브레이크에 유압이 제공되도록 유로를 절환하는 DCT 차량의 변속제어방법.
