Abstract
즉, 본 발명은 하이브리드 차량의 EV 모드 주행시, 운전자의 가속 요구에 따른 고 요구토크를 필요로 하는 상황에 직면하면, EV 모드에서 HEV 모드로의 모드변환 제어과 변속 제어가 거의 동시에 신속하게 이루어지도록 함으로써, 운전자 가속 요구에 대한 가속 응답성능을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 하이브리드 차량의 주행모드 변환 및 변속 제어 방법을 제공하고자 한 것이다.
Description
도 2는 종래의 하이브리드 차량의 EV 모드에서 HEV 모드로의 주행모드 변환 과정을 나타낸 제어도,
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 하이브리드 차량의 주행모드 변환 및 변속 제어 방법을 나타낸 제어도,
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 하이브리드 차량의 주행모드 변환 및 변속 제어 방법을 보다 상세하게 나타낸 제어도,
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 하이브리드 차량의 주행모드 변환 및 변속 제어 방법을 나타낸 순서도.
Claims (8)
- 하이브리드 차량의 EV 모드 주행시, 운전자의 가속 요구가 있는 경우, 엔진클러치 압력 제어를 이용한 EV 모드에서 HEV 모드로의 주행모드 변환 제어와 변속기 압력 제어를 이용한 변속 제어 과정을 동시에 진행하여, 상기 모드변환 완료 시점과 변속완료 시점 간의 시간적 지연시간을 최소화시킬 수 있도록 하고,
상기 엔진클러치 압력 제어 과정은:
엔진클러치 압력 제어를 통하여 엔진 시동이 이루어지는 단계와;
EV 모드에서 HEV 모드로의 모드변환이 완료되도록 엔진이 기동됨에 따른 엔진속도(We)가 모터속도(Wm)와 동기화되는 시점에서 엔진 클러치 압력을 최대로 인가하여 주행모드 변환이 완료되는 단계;
를 포함하고,
상기 엔진 시동은:
엔진 정지 마찰력보다 큰 값으로 엔진 클러치에 대한 압력(유압)을 인가하는 단계와;
엔진 정지 마찰력보다 큰 토크가 엔진 클러치에 가해지는 단계;
를 통하여, 정지 상태의 엔진이 기동되도록 한 것임을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 주행모드 변환 및 변속 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 운전자 가속 요구는 킥 다운 상태임을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 주행모드 변환 및 변속 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 변속기 압력 제어에 의한 변속 제어 과정은:
킥 다운과 같은 상황에서 목표 변속단으로의 변속이 실행되는 조건하에서,
변속기의 해방측 클러치요소의 슬립을 통해 결합측 클러치의 동기화가 빠르게 이루어지도록 해방측 클러치 요소에 대한 압력제어가 이루어지는 단계와;
모터속도가 목표변속단의 결합측 클러치요소가 결합되기 위한 목표속도가 되면, 상기 해방측 클러치요소에 대한 압력제어를 해제하고, 결합측 클러치요소에 대한 압력을 올려주는 제어 단계;
로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 주행모드 변환 및 변속 제어 방법.

상기 주행모드 변환 제어와 변속기 압력 제어 과정 중, 엔진 시동시 모터토크를 [모터요구토크 + 엔진클러치 토크(부하)]가 되도록 제어하는 단계가 더 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 주행모드 변환 및 변속 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 주행모드 변환 제어와 변속기 압력 제어 과정 중, 엔진 시동시 엔진토크를 모드변환 완료 전에는 유효토크로 출력이 이루어지고, 모드변환 완료 이후에는 엔진요구토크 만큼 출력이 이루어지도록 제어하는 단계가 더 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 주행모드 변환 및 변속 제어 방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
엔진속도 및 모터속도가 동기화된 후, 해방측 클러치요소에 대한 압력제어를 해제하고, 결합측 클러치요소에 대한 압력을 올려주는 제어를 통하여 목표변속단의 결합측 클러치요소가 동기화되도록 함으로써, 운전자 가속요구에 따른 목표변속단으로의 변속이 완료되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 주행모드 변환 및 변속 제어 방법.
