Claims (14)
- 하기 화학식 (1) 또는 하기 화학식 (2)로 나타내는, 치환된 안트라센환 구조와 피리도인돌환 구조를 갖는 화합물.
(식에서, Ar1, Ar2는 서로 동일하거나 상이할 수도 있으며, Ar1은 비치환의 탄소 원자수 5 내지 18의 방향족 탄화수소기를 나타내고, Ar2는 치환 또는 비치환의 방향족 탄화수소기를 나타내고, A, B는 서로 동일하거나 상이할 수도 있으며, 각각 단결합, 치환 또는 비치환의 방향족 탄화수소의 2가기, 또는 치환 또는 비치환의 방향족 복소환의 2가기를 나타내고, R1 내지 R7은 수소 원자를 나타내고, R8은 중수소 원자, 불소 원자, 염소 원자, 시아노기, 트리플루오로메틸기, 또는 탄소 원자수 1 내지 6의 직쇄상의 알킬기 또는 탄소 원자수 3 내지 6의 분지상의 알킬기를 나타내고, r8은 0을 나타내고, r8이 0인 경우에는 R8로 치환되어 있지 않은 것을 나타낸다. W, X, Y, Z는 각각 탄소 원자 또는 질소 원자를 나타낸다. 여기서 W, X, Y, Z는 그 중 어느 하나만이 질소 원자인 것으로 하고, 이 경우의 질소 원자는 R1 내지 R4의 수소 원자를 갖지 않는 것으로 한다.)

- 제10항에 있어서, 상기한 적어도 1층의 유기층이 전자 수송층을 포함하며, 상기 화학식 (1) 또는 상기 화학식 (2)로 나타내는 화합물이 상기 전자 수송층 중에 존재하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기한 적어도 1층의 유기층이 정공 저지층을 포함하며, 상기 화학식 (1) 또는 상기 화학식 (2)로 나타내는 화합물이 상기 정공 저지층 중에 존재하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
