Abstract
Description
도 1은 본 발명의 실시예 1 및 비교예 1에 대한 ATREF로부터의 단쇄 분지 분포 및 log Mv 데이터를 도시한 것이다.
Claims (20)
- 다성분 촉매 시스템의 존재 하에 단일 반응기에서 제조된 에틸렌과 1종 이상의 알파-올레핀의 혼성중합체로서,
상기 혼성중합체는 단일 반응기에서 생성된 불균질하게 분지된 중합체이고,
상기 혼성중합체는 ATREF 분석시 30℃ 내지 120℃에서 단지 2개의 피크 및 1개의 밸리를 나타내며, 평균 Mv, 및 혼성중합체와 고결정성 분획 사이의 밸리 온도(Thc)를 갖고, ATREF로부터의 Thc 초과의 분획에 대한 평균 Mv를 ATREF로부터의 전체 중합체의 평균 Mv로 나눈 값(Mhc/Mp)이 1.35 이하이며, CDBI가 48% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는, 에틸렌과 1종 이상의 알파-올레핀의 혼성중합체. - 제1항에 있어서, 45% 미만의 CDBI를 갖는, 에틸렌과 1종 이상의 알파-올레핀의 혼성중합체.
- 제1항의 에틸렌과 1종 이상의 알파-올레핀의 혼성중합체를 포함하는 필름.
- 제3항에 있어서, 550gm 이상의 다트(Dart) A를 포함하는 필름.
- 제3항에 있어서, 10% 미만의 헤이즈를 포함하는 필름.
- 제3항에 있어서, 75 유닛 초과의 45도 광택도를 포함하는 필름.
- 제3항에 있어서, 400gm/mil 초과의 정규화 MD 인열을 포함하는 필름.
- 제1항의 에틸렌과 1종 이상의 알파-올레핀의 혼성중합체와, 1종 이상의 다른 천연 또는 합성 중합체의 혼합물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 합성 중합체가 저밀도 폴리에틸렌인 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 0.1 내지 10g/10분의 용융 지수를 포함하는, 에틸렌과 1종 이상의 알파-올레핀의 혼성중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 0.9 내지 0.935g/㎤의 전체 밀도를 포함하는, 에틸렌과 1종 이상의 알파-올레핀의 혼성중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1000 탄소 원자당 1 미만의 장쇄 분지를 포함하는, 에틸렌과 1종 이상의 알파-올레핀의 혼성중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 5 미만의 분자량 분포(Mw/Mn)를 포함하는, 에틸렌과 1종 이상의 알파-올레핀의 혼성중합체.
- 제1항의 에틸렌과 1종 이상의 알파-올레핀의 혼성중합체를 포함하는 제조 용품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 5중량% 이상의 겔로 적어도 부분적으로 가교된, 에틸렌과 1종 이상의 알파-올레핀의 혼성중합체.
- 중합 온도 및 압력 하에서 에틸렌과 1종 이상의 알파-올레핀을 촉매 조성물과 접촉시켜 에틸렌/알파-올레핀 혼성중합체를 형성하는 단계 - 여기서 중합 조건은 촉매 금속 및 알루미늄을 포함하고, 알루미늄 대 촉매 금속 원자의 몰비는 1:1 내지 5:1임 -, 및 에틸렌/알파-올레핀 혼성중합체를 회수하는 단계를 포함하는, 제1항의 에틸렌과 1종 이상의 알파-올레핀의 혼성중합체의 제조 방법.
