Claims (6)
- 유성 기어와, 복수의 마찰 체결 요소를 구비하고, 상기 복수의 마찰 체결 요소의 체결 해방 상태를 절환함으로써 복수의 변속단을 실현하는 자동 변속기에 있어서,상기 복수의 마찰 체결 요소 중 적어도 1개의 마찰 체결 요소는, 제1 유압실 및 제2 유압실을 구비하고, 상기 제1 유압실 및 상기 제2 유압실로의 작동 유압의 공급 상태를 변경함으로써 체결 용량을 변경하는 것이 가능한 용량 가변 마찰 체결 요소이고,상기 자동 변속기가,원압으로부터 상기 용량 가변 마찰 체결 요소에 공급하는 작동 유압을 압력 조절하는 압력 조절 밸브와,상기 압력 조절 밸브와 상기 제1 유압실을 접속하는 제1 유로와,상기 압력 조절 밸브와 상기 제2 유압실을 접속하는 제2 유로와,상기 제2 유로에 설치되고, 상기 제2 유로의 연통 상태를 절환하는 절환 밸브와,상기 용량 가변 마찰 체결 요소를 해방 상태로 하는 제1 변속단으로부터, 상기 용량 가변 마찰 체결 요소를 체결 상태로 하는 제2 변속단으로의 변속시에, 상기 절환 밸브에 의해 상기 제2 유로를 비연통 상태로 하고, 상기 압력 조절 밸브로부터 상기 제1 유압실에만 유압을 공급하도록 하는 절환 밸브 제어 수단과,변속시의 동특성이 목표로 하는 동특성에 근접하도록 상기 작동 유압을 보정하는 학습 제어 수단과,상기 제1 변속단으로부터 상기 제2 변속단으로의 변속시의 동특성을 나타내는 파라미터를 기초로 하여, 상기 절환 밸브가 상기 제2 유로를 연통 상태로 한 상태가 되는 상시 개방 고장을 일으키고 있는지 판정하는 고장 판정 수단을 구비하고,상기 고장 판정 수단은, 상기 용량 가변 마찰 체결 요소로의 작동 유압이 상기 학습 제어 수단에 의해 보정된 후에 상기 상시 개방 고장의 판정을 개시하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동 변속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 로크 업 클러치가 부착된 토크 컨버터를 구비하고,상기 고장 판정 수단은, 상기 로크 업 클러치가 해방되어 있을 때에는 상기 상시 개방 고장의 판정을 행하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동 변속기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 변속시에, 변속 전의 변속단에서 동력 전달하는 마찰 체결 요소를 해방하고, 엔진 회전 속도를 변속 후의 엔진 회전 속도에 근접하도록 엔진 출력을 제어하고, 엔진 회전 속도를 변속 후의 엔진 회전 속도에 근접한 후에 변속 후의 변속단에서 동력 전달하는 마찰 체결 요소를 체결하는 회전 동기 제어 수단을 구비하고,상기 고장 판정 수단은, 상기 회전 동기 제어 수단에 의한 엔진 회전 속도 제어가 행해지고 있을 때에는 상기 상시 개방 고장의 판정을 행하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동 변속기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 고장 판정 수단은, 타력 주행 상태에 있어서의 상기 제1 변속단으로부터 상기 제2 변속단으로의 변속시 동특성을 나타내는 파라미터를 기초로 하여 상기 상시 개방 고장의 판정을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동 변속기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 고장 판정 수단에 의해 상기 절환 밸브가 상시 개방 고장을 일으키고 있다고 연속해서 판정된 드라이브 사이클수가 복수회 계속되었을 때, 일부의 변속단으로의 변속을 제한하는 페일 제어 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동 변속기.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 일부의 변속단은, 상기 가변 용량 마찰 체결 요소와 동시에 체결하면 인터로크를 발생하는 마찰 체결 요소를 체결 상태로 하는 변속단인 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동 변속기.
