Description
Claims (3)
- 所定の油圧を供給するソレノイドバルブと、該所定の油圧の供給先を第1供給部または第2供給部に選択的に切り換えるリレーバルブと、を備えた車両において、
前記リレーバルブは、常時出力されている油圧が供給される入力ポートと、該入力ポートに選択的に連通する出力ポートとを有し、
前記出力ポートには、前記入力ポートと出力ポートとが連通し前記常時出力されている油圧が該出力ポートに供給されると作動する油圧スイッチが接続されており、
前記リレーバルブの前記第1供給部および第2供給部の切換は、切換用ソレノイドバルブから出力される制御油圧に基づいて制御されるものであり、
前記リレーバルブが切換不能となって前記ソレノイドバルブの油圧の供給先が前記第1供給部または第2供給部に固定される切換異常が生じたか否かを判定する切換異常判定手段を備え、
前記切換異常判定手段は、前記切換用ソレノイドバルブから前記制御油圧が出力されないときに前記油圧スイッチが作動することに基づいて前記切換異常が生じたか否かを判定するものであることを特徴とする車両用油圧制御装置。 - 所定の油圧を供給するソレノイドバルブと、該所定の油圧の供給先を第1供給部または第2供給部に選択的に切り換えるリレーバルブと、を備えた車両において、
前記リレーバルブは、常時出力されている油圧が供給される入力ポートと、該入力ポートに選択的に連通する出力ポートとを有し、
前記出力ポートには、前記入力ポートと出力ポートとが連通し前記常時出力されている油圧が該出力ポートに供給されると作動する油圧スイッチが接続されており、
前記リレーバルブの前記第1供給部および第2供給部の切換は、切換用ソレノイドバルブから出力される制御油圧に基づいて制御されるものであり、
前記リレーバルブが切換不能となって前記ソレノイドバルブの油圧の供給先が前記第1供給部または第2供給部に固定される切換異常が生じたか否かを判定する切換異常判定手段を備え、
前記切換異常判定手段は、前記切換用ソレノイドバルブから前記制御油圧が出力されたときに前記油圧スイッチが作動しないことに基づいて前記切換異常が生じたか否かを判定するものであることを特徴とする車両用油圧制御装置。 - 前記車両は、ロックアップ機構付き流体式伝動装置を備えるとともに、複数の油圧式摩擦係合装置を選択的に係合することにより変速比が異なる複数のギヤ段を成立させる自動変速機を備えたものであり、
前記ソレノイドバルブは、前記複数の摩擦係合装置のうち所定の油圧式摩擦係合装置の係合圧と前記ロックアップ機構のトルク容量とを択一的に制御する単一のリニアソレノイドバルブであり、
前記リレーバルブは、該リニアソレノイドバルブの油圧の出力先を、前記所定の油圧式摩擦係合装置の係合圧を制御する前記第1供給部または前記ロックアップ機構のトルク容量を制御する前記第2供給部へ選択的に切り換えるものであることを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両用油圧制御装置。
