- 엔진과, 이 엔진출력축의 회전을, 유체전동장치를 통하여 입력축에 전달하고, 또한 전달경로를 절환하여 변속하여, 이 변속된 회전을 구동차륜에 전달하는 자동변속기를 구비하고,이 자동변속기가, 소정 변속단으로 코스트 다운(coast-down)할 때에 상기 엔진을 제어하는, 차량의 엔진제어장치에 있어서,상기 엔진출력축의 회전수를 검출하는 엔진 회전수 검출수단과,상기 입력축의 회전수를 검출하는 입력축 회전수 검출수단과,운전자에 의한 파워 온 상태를 검출하는 파워 온 검출수단과,상기 엔진의 출력을 제어하는 엔진출력 제어수단과,상기 소정 변속단으로의 코스트 다운 시에 있어서 상기 엔진출력축의 회전수가 상기 입력축 회전수보다 높아지도록, 상기 엔진출력 제어수단에 신호를 출력하는 제1 엔진제어수단과,상기 코스트 다운 상태에 있어서 상기 엔진 회전수 및 상기 입력축 회전수를 검출하고, 상기 파워 온 상태를 검출했을 때에는, 이 때로부터 상기 입력축 회전수가 상기 소정 변속단에 동기할 때까지, 상기 검출한 엔진 회전수 및 입력축 회전수가 소정 관계를 유지하도록, 상기 엔진출력 제어수단에 엔진출력을 규제하는 신호를 출력하는 제2 엔진제어수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 엔진제어장치.

- 제7항에 있어서,상기 제1 엔진제어수단의 상기 스로틀 요구개도가, 액셀러레이터 전폐(全閉)시에 있어서의 통상의 기초스로틀 요구개도(basic required throttle opening)이고, 상기 제2 엔진제어수단의 상기 스로틀 요구개도는, 상기 기초스로틀 요구개도에, 상기 엔진 회전수 및 입력축 회전수의 차에 근거하여 결정되는 규제량을 더하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 엔진제어장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 제1 엔진제어수단의 상기 스로틀 요구개도가, 액셀러레이터 전폐(全閉)시의 통상의 기초스로틀 요구개도보다 큰 경우, 상기 제2 엔진제어수단의 상기 스로틀 요구개도는, 상기 기초스로틀 요구개도에, 이 기초스로틀 요구개도에 근거하는 상기 엔진 회전수 및 입력축 회전수의 차에 근거하여 결정되는 규제량을 더하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 엔진제어장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 제1 엔진제어수단의 상기 스로틀 요구개도가, 액셀러레이터 전폐(全閉)시의 통상의 기초스로틀 요구개도보다 크고, 또한 차량부하 이외의 부하가 큰 경우, 상기 제2 엔진제어수단의 상기 스로틀 요구개도는, 상기 기초스로틀 요구개도보다 큰 스로틀 요구개도에, 상기 엔진 회전수 및 입력축 회전수의 차에 근거하여 결정되는 규제량을 더하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 엔진제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 엔진제어수단은, 상기 엔진 회전수 및 입력축 회전수에 근거하는 신호를, 상기 입력축 회전수가 상기 소정 변속단에 동기할 때까지 지속하고, 이어서 엔진출력 제어수단이 운전자의 요구에 의한 스로틀 요구개도에 일치할 때까지 스위프 업(sweep-up)하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 엔진제어장치.
