Claims (15)
- 수용성 비닐 모노머 (a1) 및/또는 가수 분해성 비닐 모노머 (a2), 그리고 가교제 (b) 를 필수 구성 단위로 하는 가교 중합체 (A1) 및 소수성 물질 (C) 를 함유하여 이루어지는 흡수성 수지 입자로서,
흡수성 수지 입자 내부의 소수성 물질 (C) 의 함유량이, 가교 중합체 (A1) 의 중량에 기초하여 0.01 ∼ 10.0 중량% 이고, 흡수성 수지 입자의 표면에 존재하는 소수성 물질 (C) 의 함유량이, 가교 중합체 (A1) 의 중량에 기초하여 0.001 ∼ 1.0 중량% 이며, 흡수성 수지 입자 1 g 당의 생리식염수에 대한 팽윤 용적 측정법에 있어서, 팽윤 용적이 5 ㎖ 에 도달하기까지의 시간 (t1) 과, 팽윤 용적이 40 ㎖ 에 도달하기까지 시간 (t2) 의 비 (t2/t1) 가 5 ∼ 20 인 흡수성 수지 입자. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
팽윤 용적이 5 ㎖ 에 도달하기까지의 시간 (t1) 이 20 초 ∼ 60 초인 흡수성 수지 입자. - 삭제

소수성 물질 (C) 가 탄소수 8 ~ 30 의 지방산과 탄소수 1 ~ 12 의 알코올의 지방산에스테르, 탄소수 8 ~ 30 의 지방산 및 그 염, 탄소수 8 ~ 30 의 지방족 알코올, 그리고 탄소수 8 ∼ 30 의 지방족 1 급 아민과 탄소수 1 ∼ 30 의 탄화수소기를 갖는 카르복실산의 아미드화물; 암모니아 또는 탄소수 1 ∼ 7 의 1 급 아민과 탄소수 8 ∼ 30 의 지방산의 아미드화물; 탄소수 8 ∼ 30 의 지방족 사슬을 적어도 1 개 갖는 지방족 2 급 아민; 및 탄소수 1 ∼ 30 의 카르복실산의 아미드화물 및 탄소수 1 ∼ 7 의 지방족 탄화수소기를 2 개 갖는 2 급 아민과 탄소수 8 ∼ 30 의 지방산의 아미드화물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 지방족 아미드의 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종인 흡수성 수지 입자. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
소수성 물질 (C) 가 소르비톨 스테아레이트, 자당스테아르산에스테르, 스테아르산, Mg 스테아레이트, Ca 스테아레이트, Zn 스테아레이트 및 Al 스테아레이트의 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종인 흡수성 수지 입자. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
소수성 물질 (C) 가 자당스테아르산에스테르 또는 Mg 스테아레이트인 흡수성 수지 입자. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
흡수성 수지 입자의 형상이 부정형 파쇄 형상인 흡수성 수지 입자. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
추가로, 무기질 분말 (D) 를 가교 중합체 (A1) 의 중량에 기초하여 표면에 0.01 ∼ 3.0 중량% 부착시켜 이루어지는 흡수성 수지 입자. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
흡수성 수지 입자의 겉보기 밀도 (g/㎖) 가 0.54 ∼ 0.70 인 흡수성 수지 입자. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
흡수성 수지 입자 1 중량부가 인공뇨 30 중량부를 흡수하여 얻어지는 30 배 팽윤 겔의 겔 탄성률이 2,000 ∼ 3,000 N/㎡ 인 흡수성 수지 입자. - 제 1 항, 제 2 항 및 제 6 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 흡수성 수지 입자와 섬유 형상물을 함유하여 이루어지는 흡수체.
- 제 13 항에 기재된 흡수체를 사용한 흡수성 물품.
- 소수성 물질 (C) 와, 수용성 비닐 모노머 (a1) 및/또는 가수 분해성 비닐 모노머 (a2) 그리고 내부 가교제 (b) 를 필수 구성 단위로 하는 가교 중합체 (A1) 의 함수 겔을 혼합·혼련하는 공정; 및/또는
소수성 물질 (C) 의 존재 하, 수용성 비닐 모노머 (a1) 및/또는 가수 분해성 비닐 모노머 (a2) 그리고 내부 가교제 (b) 를 필수 구성 단위로서 중합시켜 가교 중합체 (A1) 의 함수 겔을 얻는 공정을 포함하는 흡수성 수지 입자의 제조 방법으로서,
흡수성 수지 입자 내부의 소수성 물질 (C) 의 함유량이, 가교 중합체 (A1) 의 중량에 기초하여 0.01 ∼ 10.0 중량% 이고, 흡수성 수지 입자의 표면에 존재하는 소수성 물질 (C) 의 함유량이, 가교 중합체 (A1) 의 중량에 기초하여 0.001 ∼ 1.0 중량% 이며, 흡수성 수지 입자 1 g 당의 생리식염수에 대한 팽윤 용적 측정법에 있어서, 팽윤 용적이 5 ㎖ 에 도달하기까지의 시간 (t1) 과, 팽윤 용적이 40 ㎖ 에 도달하기까지 시간 (t2) 의 비 (t2/t1) 가 5 ∼ 20 인 흡수성 수지 입자의 제조 방법.
