Description
도 2 는 코크스 오븐으로부터 코크스 슬라브를 수용하여 급냉 처리하기 위한 급냉 장치가 실제 크기와 다른 비율로 도시된 측 방향에서 본 입면도이다.
도 3 은 코크스 오븐으로부터 코크스 슬라브를 수용하여 급냉 처리하기 위한 급냉 장치가 실제 크기와 다른 비율로 도시된 단부 방향에서 본 입면도이다.
도 4 는 본 발명에 따른 급냉 장치가 실제 크기와 다른 비율로 도시된 부분 입면도이다.
도 5 는 코크스 오븐 배터리의 일부가 실제 크기와 다른 비율로 도시된 코크스 배출 단부를 도시한 도면이다.

Claims (19)
- 코크스화 오븐에서 형성된 야금용 코크스를 급냉 처리하기 위한 방법으로서,
상기 코크스화 오븐으로부터 제공되는 모든 코크스가 폐쇄형 급냉 처리용 카(enclosed quenching car)의 평면형 수용면 상으로 단일체형 슬라브 형태로 밀어내어지도록 상기 급냉 처리용 카의 평면형 수용면 상으로 단일체형 백열 코크스 슬라브를 밀어내는 단계와;
상기 급냉 처리용 카 내부의 수위를 상승시킴으로써 고온 코크스 슬라브의 적어도 일부가 잠기게 하면서 상기 급냉 처리용 카 내부의 폐쇄 상태의 기밀 환경에서 복수 개의 급냉 용수 노즐을 이용하여 상기 단일체형 백열 코크스 슬라브를 급냉 처리하는 단계; 그리고
상기 급냉 처리 단계에 후속하여, 급냉 처리된 상기 단일체형 백열 코크스 슬라브를 상기 평면형 수용면으로부터 생성물 포집 컨베이어 상으로 미끄럼 이동시키기에 충분하며 또한 급냉 처리된 상기 단일체형 백열 코크스 슬라브로부터 물을 배수하기에 충분한 각도로 상기 평면형 수용면이 경사지게 하는 단계를 포함하는, 야금용 코크스를 급냉 처리하기 위한 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폐쇄형 급냉 처리용 카는 상기 급냉 처리 단계 동안 발생되는 가스 흐름으로부터 물방울과 입상 물질을 제거하기 위한 하나 이상의 먼지 포집 장치를 포함하는, 야금용 코크스를 급냉 처리하기 위한 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 먼지 포집 장치는 75% 를 초과하는 입자 제거 효율을 갖는, 야금용 코크스를 급냉 처리하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단일체형 백열 코크스 슬라브는 상기 코크스화 오븐에 인접한 위치에서 급냉 처리되는, 야금용 코크스를 급냉 처리하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단일체형 백열 코크스 슬라브를 밀어내는 단계는 상기 코크스화 오븐의 높이를 조절함으로써 상기 단일체형 백열 코크스 슬라브 전체에 균열이 발생하지 않도록 수행되는, 야금용 코크스를 급냉 처리하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 급냉 처리용 카는 오븐 도어 제거 및 교환 기구를 포함하는, 야금용 코크스를 급냉 처리하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 급냉 용수 노즐로부터의 물의 체적 대 상기 단일체형 백열 코크스 슬라브를 잠기게 하기 위한 물의 체적의 비는 1:10 내지 1:1 인, 야금용 코크스를 급냉 처리하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 평면형 수용면의 각도는 수평면에 대해 10°내지 40°의 범위의 각도로 경사지게 되는, 야금용 코크스를 급냉 처리하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 급냉 처리 단계 동안 상기 급냉 처리용 카의 폐쇄된 기밀 환경에 의해 5 cm 내지 25 cm 의 범위의 물기둥에 해당하는 압력이 제공되는, 야금용 코크스를 급냉 처리하기 위한 방법.
- 야금용 코크스 제조 공정의 코크스 급냉 처리 단계 동안 먼지 발생을 감소시키기 위한 이동 가능한 장치로서,
상기 먼지 발생을 감소시키기 위한 이동 가능한 장치는,
단일체형 백열 코크스 슬라브를 수용하도록 구성되는 완전히 폐쇄 가능한 급냉 처리용 카로서,
유입구 도어를 구비한 코크스 유입 단부와 상기 코크스 유입 단부 반대쪽의 코크스 배출 도어를 구비한 코크스 배출 단부 사이에 배치되는 경사질 수 있는 물 급냉 처리용 테이블을 구비한 폐쇄 가능한 기밀 구조물;
상기 물 급냉 처리용 테이블 위쪽으로 상기 코크스 유입 단부와 상기 코크스 배출 단부의 사이에 배치되는 물 분무 노즐; 그리고
급냉 용수 내에 상기 단일체형 백열 코크스 슬라브의 일부가 잠기도록 하기 위해 상기 물 급냉 처리용 테이블 아래에 배치되는 급냉 용수 섬프를 포함하는, 상기 급냉 처리용 카, 및
상기 코크스 급냉 처리 단계로부터 발생한 물방울과 입자를 포집하기 위해 상기 폐쇄 가능한 기밀 구조물에 부착되는 먼지 포집 시스템을 포함하는, 먼지 발생을 감소시키기 위한 이동 가능한 장치. - 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 이동 가능한 장치에 부착되는 오븐 도어 제거 장치를 추가로 포함하는, 먼지 발생을 감소시키기 위한 이동 가능한 장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 경사질 수 있는 상기 물 급냉 처리용 테이블은 수평면에 대해 10°내지 40°의 각도로 경사질 수 있는, 먼지 발생을 감소시키기 위한 이동 가능한 장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 코크스 급냉 처리 단계 동안 상기 급냉 처리용 카 내부의 급냉 용수의 수위를 상승 및 하강시키기 위한 플런저를 추가로 포함하는, 먼지 발생을 감소시키기 위한 이동 가능한 장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 단일체형 백열 코크스 슬라브를 생성물 수용 영역으로 이동시키기 위한 벨트 컨베이어로 급냉 처리된 단일체형 백열 코크스 슬라브를 운반하기 위한 계측용 컨베이어를 추가로 포함하는, 먼지 발생을 감소시키기 위한 이동 가능한 장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 먼지 포집 시스템은 하나 이상의 멀티사이클론 먼지 포집 장치를 포함하는, 먼지 발생을 감소시키기 위한 이동 가능한 장치.
- 코크스화 오븐으로부터 야금용 코크스를 생성하기 위한 시스템으로서,
상기 야금용 코크스를 생성하기 위한 시스템은,
야금용 코크스 제조 공정의 코크스 급냉 처리 단계 동안 먼지 발생을 감소시키기 위한 이동 가능한 장치로서, 상기 먼지 발생을 감소시키기 위한 이동 가능한 장치는,
단일체형 백열 코크스 슬라브를 수용하도록 구성되는 완전히 폐쇄 가능한 급냉 처리용 카로서,
유입구 도어를 구비한 코크스 유입 단부와 상기 코크스 유입 단부 반대쪽의 코크스 배출 도어를 구비한 코크스 배출 단부 사이에 배치되고 수평면에 대해 10°내지 40°의 각도로 경사질 수 있는 경사질 수 있는 물 급냉 처리용 테이블을 구비한 폐쇄 가능한 기밀 구조물;
상기 물 급냉 처리용 테이블 위쪽으로 상기 코크스 유입 단부와 상기 코크스 배출 단부의 사이에 배치되는 물 분무 노즐;
급냉 용수 내에 상기 단일체형 백열 코크스 슬라브의 일부가 잠기도록 하기 위해 상기 물 급냉 처리용 테이블 아래에 배치되는 급냉 용수 섬프; 그리고

- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 먼지 포집 시스템은 하나 이상의 멀티사이클론 먼지 포집 장치를 포함하는, 야금용 코크스를 생성하기 위한 시스템.
