Abstract
本实用新型涉及焦炉炭化室用刮石墨推焦杆。其由推焦杆本体、前刮刀组成。在推焦杆本体的正面上部连接有固定座一,前刮刀与固定座一连接;在推焦杆本体的顶部连接有固定座二,在固定座二上连接后刮刀;在固定座一与固定座二之间安装主刮刀。本实用新型具有能多方位刮除炭化室内的石墨,还可根据石墨在碳化室的生长情况来调节主刮刀的高度;各刮刀更换方便,且使用简单,制作成本低,而且使用寿命长,能够满足工艺操作的要求;劳动强度低,设备停机时间短。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及焦炉炭化室,具体属于焦炉炭化室用推焦杆。
背景技术
目前除去焦炉炭化室炉墙及顶部石墨的方法基本有四种:
方法一:在炭化室内通过烧空炉去除石墨。该方法靠上升管的热浮力从装煤口抽吸空气进炭化室烧石墨,但该方法不仅影响K3系数,且由于早推焦晚加煤,实际结焦时间比计划结焦时间每炉少10-20分种,对周转时间短的焦炉较难把握。另外,此法只适用于炭化室内石墨较少的情况,对炭化室内已结有较多石墨的焦炉来说在短期内是很难见效的。
方法二:利用压缩空气进行吹扫去除石墨。即在推焦杆头顶端安装压缩空气管,推焦过程中使用压缩空气对炉顶石墨强行吹烧的方法,存在以下不足:一是设备较复杂且成本高,需在推焦杆上安装管道,同时要在推焦杆尾端安装卷扬机以收放胶管。二是喷头距炉顶砖近,压缩空气在吹烧石墨的同时也冲击着砖面和砖缝,极易造成炉顶砖剥蚀和炉顶窜漏,对焦炉危害性较大,不宜长期使用。三是因喷嘴向上,对炭化室中下部的墙面石墨较难清除。
方法三:人工清扫除去石墨。此方法是在机焦侧炉门摘开后或摘开炉盖后通过人工用铁钎除去炭化室内的石墨,存在以上不足:一是人工清扫,费时费力,劳动强度大,而且清扫难度大;二是清扫时人所处的位置温度高、烟尘大、容易出安全事故。
方法四:利用在推焦杆上安装石墨刀去除石墨。此方法简单实用且效果明显,成本低且被广泛采用,但现有焦炉刮石墨装置在使用中寿命普遍较短,使用不当还会造成炉墙损坏,主要原因是刮石墨装置在形状设计、材质选用、安装位置等方面不能同时满足工作环境的需求,以致刮石墨装置更换频繁,增加工人劳动强度及设备的停机时间,影响生产。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的宗旨在于解决现有技术上的缺陷,设计一种结构简单、使用寿命长,成本低,更换简单、方便,用时短的焦炉炭化室用刮石墨推焦杆。
实现上述目的的技术措施:
焦炉炭化室用刮石墨推焦杆,由推焦杆本体、前刮刀组成,其在于:在推焦杆本体的正面上部连接有固定座一,前刮刀与固定座一连接;在推焦杆本体的顶部连接有固定座二,在固定座二上连接后刮刀;在固定座一与固定座二之间安装主刮刀。
其特征在于:固定座一及固定座二与推焦杆本体分别为螺栓连接。
其特征在于:主刮刀的上部形状还为梯形或T形。
本实用新型具有以下优点:
①主刮刀可以根据炭化室石墨生长情况来调节高度,以确能够刮到炭化室顶部空间的石墨;
②推焦杆正面刮刀座不仅能固定主刮刀,而且还能起到刮刀作用,能够刮到炭化室两侧炉墙的石墨;
③主刮刀更换方便,只需10分钟左右,且使用简单,制作成本低,而且使用寿命长,能够满足工艺操作的要求;劳动强度低,设备停机时间短。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图做进一步描述:
焦炉炭化室用刮石墨推焦杆,由推焦杆本体1、前刮刀2组成。其在推焦杆本体1的正面上部通过螺栓连接固定座一3,前刮刀2与固定座一3采用整体加工或通过螺栓连接;在推焦杆本体1的顶部采用螺栓连接固定座二4,在固定座二4上采用螺栓或整体加工连接后刮刀5;在固定座一3与固定座二4之间通过螺栓安装主刮刀6,主刮刀6的的上部形状直形或梯形或T形。
使用原理
当推焦杆本体1在焦炉炭化室内作前后移动时,连接在推焦杆本体1上的前刮刀2、后刮刀5及主刮刀6随之运动,在其运动过程中,将触及到的焦炉炭化室内的石墨予以刮除。

1.焦炉炭化室用刮石墨推焦杆,由推焦杆本体、前刮刀组成,其特征在于:在推焦杆本体的正面上部连接有固定座一,前刮刀与固定座一连接;在推焦杆本体的顶部连接有固定座二,在固定座二上连接后刮刀;在固定座一与固定座二之间安装主刮刀。
2.如权利要求1所述的焦炉炭化室用刮石墨推焦杆,其特征在于:固定座一及固定座二与推焦杆本体分别为螺栓连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的焦炉炭化室用刮石墨推焦杆,其特征在于:主刮刀的上部形状还为梯形或T形。
