Claims (15)
- 비스무스; 몰리브덴; 및 1가, 2가 또는 3가 양이온을 갖는 금속 성분을 적어도 하나 이상;을 포함하는 다성분계 비스무스 몰리브데이트 촉매에 있어서, 세슘 및 칼륨을 동시에 더욱 포함하되,
상기 세슘과 칼륨의 몰비(Cs:K)는 0.3~0.7:0.06, 또는 0.5:0.015~0.06인 것을 특징으로 하는
부타디엔 제조용 다성분계 비스무스 몰리브데이트 촉매. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 촉매는 부텐을 포함하는 혼합물로부터 1,3-부타디엔을 제조하는 데에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는
부타디엔 제조용 다성분계 비스무스 몰리브데이트 촉매. - 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 1가, 2가 또는 3가 양이온을 갖는 금속 성분은 코발트, 아연, 마그네슘, 망간, 니켈, 구리, 철, 나트륨, 알루미늄, 바나듐, 지르코늄, 텅스텐 및 실리콘으로 이루어진 군으로부터 1종 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는
부타디엔 제조용 다성분계 비스무스 몰리브데이트 촉매. - 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 1가, 2가 또는 3가 양이온을 갖는 금속 성분은 코발트, 망간, 니켈 및 철로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는
부타디엔 제조용 다성분계 비스무스 몰리브데이트 촉매. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 촉매는 비스무스, 몰리브덴, 철, 코발트, 칼륨 및 세슘을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는
부타디엔 제조용 다성분계 비스무스 몰리브데이트 촉매. - 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 몰리브덴 : 비스무스 : 철 : 코발트 : 세슘 : 칼륨의 몰비는 10 : 0.1~10 : 0.1~10 : 1~20 : 0.05~5 : 0.01~3이되,
상기 세슘과 칼륨의 몰비(Cs:K)는 0.3~0.7:0.06, 또는 0.5:0.015~0.06인 것을 특징으로 하는
부타디엔 제조용 다성분계 비스무스 몰리브데이트 촉매. - a) 비스무스 전구체; 1가, 2가 또는 3가 양이온을 갖는 금속 전구체; 칼륨 전구체; 및 세슘 전구체;를 포함한 제1 용액을 준비하는 단계;
b) 몰리브덴 전구체를 용해시킨 제2 용액을 준비하는 단계;
c) 상기 제1 용액과 상기 제2 용액을 혼합하는 단계;
d) 상기 혼합 용액을 반응시키는 단계; 및
e) 상기 반응에 의한 생성물을 건조시키는 단계;를 포함하되,
상기 세슘과 칼륨의 몰비(Cs:K)는 0.3~0.7:0.06, 또는 0.5:0.015~0.06인 것을 특징으로 하는
부타디엔 제조용 다성분계 비스무스 몰리브데이트 촉매의 제조방법. - 제 8항에 있어서,
상기 제조방법은 f) 건조된 생성물을 소성시키는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는
부타디엔 제조용 다성분계 비스무스 몰리브데이트 촉매의 제조방법. - 제 8항에 있어서,
상기 1가, 2가 또는 3가 양이온을 갖는 금속은 코발트, 아연, 마그네슘, 망간, 니켈, 구리, 철, 나트륨, 알루미늄, 바나듐, 지르코늄, 텅스텐 및 실리콘으로 이루어진 군으로부터 1종 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는
부타디엔 제조용 다성분계 비스무스 몰리브데이트 촉매의 제조방법. - 제 8항에 있어서,
상기 1가, 2가 또는 3가 양이온을 갖는 금속 전구체는 질산염 또는 암모늄염 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는
부타디엔 제조용 다성분계 비스무스 몰리브데이트 촉매의 제조방법. - 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 소성은 400 내지 600℃의 온도 범위에서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는
부타디엔 제조용 다성분계 비스무스 몰리브데이트 촉매의 제조방법. - ⅰ) 1가, 2가 또는 3가 양이온 금속전구체, 칼륨 전구체 및 세슘 전구체를 포함하는 제1 용액을 준비하는 단계; ⅱ) 비스무스 전구체를 용해시킨 제2 용액을 준비하는 단계; ⅲ) 몰리브덴 전구체를 용해시킨 제3 용액을 준비하는 단계; ⅳ) 제1 용액에 제2 용액을 혼합하여 제1 혼합용액을 제조하는 단계; ⅴ) 제1 혼합용액과 제2 용액을 혼합하여 제2 혼합용액을 제조하는 단계; ⅵ) 제2 혼합용액을 반응시키는 단계; 및 ⅶ) 상기 반응에 의한 생성물을 건조시키는 단계;를 포함하되,
상기 세슘과 칼륨의 몰비(Cs:K)는 0.3~0.7:0.06, 또는 0.5:0.015~0.06인 것을 특징으로 하는
부타디엔 제조용 다성분계 비스무스 몰리브데이트 촉매의 제조방법. - a) 반응기에 제 1항에 의한 부타디엔 제조용 다성분계 비스무스 몰리브데이트 촉매를 고정상으로 충진시키는 단계; 및
b) 부텐을 포함하는 C4 혼합물, 공기 및 스팀을 함유하는 반응물을 상기 반응기의 촉매 층에 연속적으로 통과시키면서 산화적 탈수소화반응을 수행시켜 1,3-부타디엔을 수득하는 것을 특징으로 하는
1,3-부타디엔의 제조방법. - 제 14항에 있어서,
상기 산화적 탈수소화반응은 250 내지 350℃의 반응온도 및 50 내지 5000 h-1의 공간속도에서 반응이 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는
1,3-부타디엔의 제조방법.
