Description
Claims (15)
- ビスマスと、モリブデンと、1価、2価または3価のカチオンを有する金属を少なくとも一つとを含む多成分系ビスマスモリブデート触媒であり、セシウム及びカリウムをさらに含むことを特徴とする、ブタジエン製造用多成分系ビスマスモリブデート触媒。
- 前記触媒は、ブテンを含む混合物から1,3−ブタジエンを製造するのに使用される、請求項1に記載のブタジエン製造用多成分系ビスマスモリブデート触媒。
- 前記セシウムとカリウムのモル比(Cs:K)は、1:0.001乃至1:10である、請求項1に記載のブタジエン製造用多成分系ビスマスモリブデート触媒。
- 前記1価、2価または3価のカチオンを有する金属は、コバルト、亜鉛、マグネシウム、マンガン、ニッケル、銅、鉄、ナトリウム、アルミニウム、バナジウム、ジルコニウム、タングステン及びシリコン(ケイ素)からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載のブタジエン製造用多成分系ビスマスモリブデート触媒。
- 前記1価、2価または3価のカチオンを有する金属は、コバルト、マンガン、ニッケル及び鉄からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つを含む、請求項4に記載のブタジエン製造用多成分系ビスマスモリブデート触媒。
- 前記触媒は、ビスマス、モリブデン、鉄、コバルト、カリウム及びセシウムを含む、請求項1に記載のブタジエン製造用多成分系ビスマスモリブデート触媒。
- 前記モリブデン:ビスマス:鉄:コバルト:セシウム:カリウムのモル比は、10:0.1〜10:0.1〜10:1〜20:0.05〜5:0.01〜3である、請求項6に記載のブタジエン製造用多成分系ビスマスモリブデート触媒。
- a)ビスマス前駆体と、1価、2価または3価のカチオンを有する金属前駆体と、カリウム前駆体と、セシウム前駆体とを含んだ第1溶液を準備する工程と、
b)モリブデン前駆体を溶解させた第2溶液を準備する工程と、
c)前記第1溶液と前記第2溶液とを混合する工程と、
d)前記混合溶液を反応させる工程と、
e)前記反応による生成物を乾燥させる工程とを含むことを特徴とする、ブタジエン製造用多成分系ビスマスモリブデート触媒の製造方法。 - 前記製造方法は、f)乾燥した生成物を焼成させる工程をさらに含む、請求項8に記載のブタジエン製造用多成分系ビスマスモリブデート触媒の製造方法。
- 前記1価、2価または3価のカチオンを有する金属は、コバルト、亜鉛、マグネシウム、マンガン、ニッケル、銅、鉄、ナトリウム、アルミニウム、バナジウム、ジルコニウム、タングステン及びシリコンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つを含む、請求項8に記載のブタジエン製造用多成分系ビスマスモリブデート触媒の製造方法。
- 前記1価、2価または3価のカチオンを有する金属前駆体は、硝酸塩またはアンモニウム塩の形態である、請求項8に記載のブタジエン製造用多成分系ビスマスモリブデート触媒の製造方法。
- 前記焼成は、400〜600℃の温度範囲で行われる、請求項9に記載のブタジエン製造用多成分系ビスマスモリブデート触媒の製造方法。
- i)1価、2価または3価のカチオン金属前駆体、カリウム前駆体及びセシウム前駆体を含む第1溶液を準備する工程と、
ii)ビスマス前駆体を溶解させた第2溶液を準備する工程と、
iii)モリブデン前駆体を溶解させた第3溶液を準備する工程と、
iv)前記第1溶液に前記第2溶液を混合して第1混合溶液を製造する工程と、
v)前記第1混合溶液と前記第2溶液とを混合して第2混合溶液を製造する工程と、
vi)前記第2混合溶液を反応させる工程と、
vii)前記反応による生成物を乾燥させる工程とを含むことを特徴とする、ブタジエン製造用多成分系ビスマスモリブデート触媒の製造方法。 - a)反応器中に請求項1に記載のブタジエン製造用多成分系ビスマスモリブデート触媒を固定床として充填させる工程と、
b)ブテンを含むC4混合物、空気及びスチームを含有する反応物を前記反応器の触媒層に連続して通過させながら酸化的脱水素化反応を行い、1,3−ブタジエンを製造する工程を含む、1,3−ブタジエンの製造方法。 - 前記酸化的脱水素化反応は、250〜350℃の反応温度及び50〜5000h-1の空間速度で反応が行われる、請求項14に記載の1,3−ブタジエンの製造方法。
