Description
Claims (37)
- 작업단부, 기단부, 및 작업단부와 기단부 사이에 샤프트 축을 가지는 긴 샤프트;말단 작동부;가요성 관 및 긴 샤프트의 작업단부에 연결된 기단부분과 말단 작동부에 연결된 말단부분를 포함하는 내부 스프링을 가지는 손목 부재로서, 내부 스프링은 가요성 관의 내부 공동 내에 배치되고, 가요성 관의 축에 평행한 축을 가지는 손목 부재; 및말단 작동부에 연결된 말단부분을 가지고, 손목 부재를 통하여 말단부분으로부터 손목 부재를 피칭 및 요잉 회전으로 굽히도록 가동하는 기단부분까지 긴 샤프트를 향하여 연장되는 복수의 가동 케이블을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 최소 침습 수술 기구.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 가동 케이블이 내부 스프링의 속이 빈 내부의 안쪽에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 최소 침습 수술 기구.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 적어도 3개의 가동 케이블이 말단 작동부에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 최소 침습 수술 기구.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 가동 케이블의 기단부분이 가동 케이블을 가동하도록 형성된 짐벌판에 연결되며, 짐벌판은 긴 샤프트의 기단부에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 최소 침습 수술 기구.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 가동 케이블이 내부 스프링과 가요성 관 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 최소 침습 수술 기구.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 가요성 관이 가동 케이블을 수용하기 위한 루멘을 형성하기 위하여 내부 스프링의 외부면에 접한 내부 축방향 슬롯을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 최소 침습 수술 기구.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 가요성 관이 가요성 관의 축을 전체적으로 횡단하는 복수의 횡단의 컷아웃(cut-out)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 최소 침습 수술 기구.
- 작업단부, 기단부, 및 작업단부와 기단부 사이에 샤프트 축을 가지는 긴 샤프트;말단 작동부;벽에 의해 둘러싸인 내부를 통하여 연장되는 축을 포함하는 가요성 관을 가지는 손목 부재로서, 가요성 관의 벽은 가요성 관의 축에 전체적으로 평행하게 배향된 복수의 루멘을 포함하고, 손목 부재는 긴 샤프트의 작업단부에 연결된 기단부 분 및 말단 작동부에 연결된 말단부분을 가지는 손목 부재; 및말단 작동부에 연결된 말단부분을 가지고, 손목 부재의 벽의 루멘을 통하여 말단부분으로부터 손목 부재를 피칭 및 요잉 회전으로 굽히도록 가동하는 기단부분까지 긴 샤프트를 향하여 연장되는 복수의 가동 케이블을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 최소 침습 수술기구.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 가요성 관의 벽이 12개의 루멘을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 최소 침습 수술 기구.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 각각의 가동 케이블이 2개의 인접한 루멘을 통하여 연장되기 위하여 가요성 관의 벽의 말단부분 둘레에 고리로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 최소 침습 수술 기구.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 가요성 관이 가요성 관의 축에 전체적으로 횡단하는 복수의 횡단의 컷아웃을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 최소 침습 수술 기구.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 가요성 관의 외부면 둘레를 감싸는 외부 커버를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 최소 침습 수술 기구.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 횡단의 컷아웃이 각각이 서로 반대편에 배치된 한 쌍의 컷아웃을 가지는 교차하는 컷아웃층을 포함하며, 각 층의 컷아웃이 인접하는 층의 컷아웃과 90도만큼 떨어진 방향으로 배향되는 것을 특징으로 하는 최소 침습 수술 기구.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 횡단의 컷아웃이 뼈대의 위와 아래의 디스크 부분의 사이에 연결된 뼈대를 남기며, 디스크 부분 안으로 가요성 관의 축을 따라 전체적으로 연장되는 슬릿이 뼈대의 양쪽에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 최소 침습 수술 기구.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 가요성 관이 가요성 관의 축에 전체적으로 평행하게 배향되는 복수의 슬롯을 가지는 내부 관 및 슬롯에 루멘을 형성하기 위하여 내부 관 둘레를 감싸는 외부 커버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 최소 침습 수술 기구.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 외부 커버가 외부 스프링을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 최소 침습 수술 기구.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 가요성 관이 복수의 슬롯 중 하나의 둘레에 각각이 배치되는 복수의 스프링을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 최소 침습 수술 기구.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 가요성 관의 내부 둘레에 배치되는 내부 스프링을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 최소 침습 수술 기구.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 가요성 관의 외부면 상에 꼬인 커버를 더 포함하며, 꼬인 커버는 가요성 관의 기단부와 말단부 사이에 시계 방향으로 감긴 제 1 세트의 와이어 및 제 1 세트의 와이어와 교차로 짜지고 가요성 관의 기단부와 말단부 사이에 반시계 방향으로 감긴 제 2 세트의 와이어를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 최소 침습 수술 기구.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 가요성 관의 벽이 가요성 관의 축에 전체적으로 평행한 축방향 연결에 의해 서로 미끄러질 수 있게 연결되는 복수의 축방향 미끄럼 부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 최소 침습 수술 기구.
- 제 20항에 있어서, 축방향 연결이 텅 및 홈 연결을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 최소 침습 수술 기구.
- 제 20항에 있어서, 각각의 축방향 미끄럼 부재가 가동 케이틀 중 하나를 수용하기 위한 루멘을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 최소 침습 수술 기구.
- 제 20항에 있어서, 각각의 축방향 미끄럼 부재가 통합된 미끄럼 부재로서 가동 케이블 중 하나와 통합적으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 최소 침습 수술 기구.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 가요성 관이 가요성 관의 둘레 주위에 배치되고 서로 결합되는 복수의 축방향 스프링을 포함하며, 각각의 축방향 스프링은 가동 케이블 중 하나를 수용하기 위한 루멘 중 하나를 제공하기 위하여 인접한 축방향 스프링의 코일과 겹치는 코일을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 최소 침습 수술 기구.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 가요성 관이 가요성 관의 축을 따라 연속적으로 연결된 고점과 저점을 포함하는 복수의 물결형 스프링 단편을 가지는 물결형 스프링을 포함하며, 하나의 물결형 스프링 단편의 고점이 인접한 물결형 스프링 단편의 저점과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 최소 침습 수술 기구.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 손목이 가요성 관의 말단부에 연결된 말단의 종단 디스크를 포함하며, 말단의 종단 디스크가 가요성 관보다 실질적으로 더 경직된 것을 특징으로 하는 최소 침습 수술 기구.
- 작업단부, 기단부, 및 작업단부와 기단부 사이에 샤프트 축을 가지는 긴 샤프트;말단 작동부;긴 샤프트의 작업단부에 연결된 기단부분 및 말단 작동부에 연결된 말단부분을 포함하는 내부 스프링을 가지는 손목 부재로서, 손목 부재는 내부 스프링의 축을 따라 분포하는 복수의 원형 디스크를 가지고, 원형 디스크는 각각 내부 스프링과 연결된 내부 모서리를 가지는 손목 부재; 및말단 작동부에 연결된 말단부분을 가지고, 손목 부재를 통하여 말단부분으로부터 손목 부재를 피칭 및 요잉 회전으로 굽히도록 가동하는 기단부분까지 긴 샤프트를 향하여 연장되는 복수의 가동 케이블을 포함하는 최소 침습 수술 기구에 있어서,각각이 인접한 디스크 사이에 배치되고 인접한 디스크와 연결되는 복수의 탄성 중합체 부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 최소 침습 수술 기구.
- 제 27항에 있어서, 디스크는 가동 케이블이 구멍을 통하여 연장되는 복수의 구멍을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 최소 침습 수술 기구.
- 제 27항에 있어서, 디스크는 각각 서로로부터 반대쪽으로 배치되고 내부 모서리로부터 내부 스프링의 코일 사이의 갭까지 연장되는 한 쌍의 내부 탭을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 최소 침습 수술 기구.
- 제 28항에 있어서, 인접한 디스크는 한 디스크의 내부 탭이 인접 디스크의 내부 탭으로부터 90도 떨어져 배치되는 것으로 배향되는 것을 특징으로 하는 최소 침습 수술 기구.
