Claims (7)
- 프룩토오스 1,6-비스포스파타아제(Fructose 1,6-bisphosphatase)의 활성이 강화된 것을 특징으로 하는, 5'-이노신산 생산능을 가지는 코리네박테리움 암모니아게네스.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 프룩토오스 1,6-비스포스파타아제의 활성은 상기 코리네박테리움 암모니아게네스를 프룩토오스 1,6-비스포스파타아제를 암호화하는 fbp 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터로 형질전환시키거나 또는 내재적 fbp 유전자에 더하여 1 카피 이상의 fbp 유전자를 도입함으로써 강화되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 5'-이노신산 생산능을 가지는 코리네박테리움 암모니아게네스.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 fbp 유전자는 서열번호 1의 염기서열을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 5'-이노신산 생산능을 가지는 코리네박테리움 암모니아게네스.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 재조합 백터는 도1의 개열지도를 가지는 벡터 pECCG117-fbp인 것을 특징으로 하는, 5'-이노신산 생산능을 가지는 코리네박테리움 암모니아게네스.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 도입은 코리네박테리움 속 미생물을 도3의 개열지도를 가지는 pDZ-2fbp 벡터로 형질전환시킴으로써 달성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 5'-이노신산 생산능을 가지는 코리네박테리움 암모니아게네스.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 코리네박테리움 속 미생물은 코리네박테리움 암모니아게네스(Corynebacterium ammoniagenes) CN01-0205(수탁번호 : KCCM 10917P)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 5'-이노신산 생산능을 가지는 코리네박테리움 암모니아게네스.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 미생물을 배양하고, 그 배양액으로부터 5'-이노신산을 생산하는 방법.
