- 코리네박테리움 암모니아게네스(Corynebacterium ammoniagenes) 유래의 피리독살 포스페이트 디펜던트 시스테인 디설퍼레이즈를 발현하는 재조합 벡터로 형질 전환시켜 제조된 코리네박테리움 속 미생물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 형질전환되어 제조된 미생물이 코리네박테리움 암모니아게네스 CJMJ01(KCCM-10694P)인 미생물.
- 제3항의 형질전환되어 제조된 미생물을 배양하여, 그 배양액으로부터 5'-이노신산을 생산하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 형질전환되어 제조된 미생물이 코리네박테리움 암모니아게네스 CJMJ01(KCCM-10694P)인 방법.
