Claims (6)
- 서열번호 1의 뉴클레오티드 서열을 갖는 내재적 NCg12534 유전자를 불활성화시킴으로써, L-라이신 생산능이 향상된 것을 특징으로 하는 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 불활성화가 상기 내재적 NCgl2534 유전자 내로 하나 이상의 염기쌍의 삽입에 의한 삽입 돌연변이, 상기 유전자 내의 하나 이상의 염기쌍의 결실을 갖는 결실 돌연변이, 및 상기 유전자 내의 넌센스 코돈을 도입시키는 염기쌍의 전이 (transition) 또는 전환 (transversion) 돌연변이로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 돌연변이 방법에 의한 것임을 특징으로 하는 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 불활성화가 상기 내재적 NCgl2534 유전자의 일부분과 항생제 마커를 포함하는 벡터에 의한 코리네박테리움 속 미생물의 형질전환에 의한 것임을 특징으로 하는 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 항생제의 존재하에서 배양하여 선별되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰 KFCC 10881-C001-0019(KCCM 10811P).
- 제1항 및 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰을 배양하여 배양물 또는 세포 중에 L-라이신을 생산하는 단계; 및배양물로부터 L-라이신을 회수하는 단계;를 포함하는, L-라이신을 생산하는 방법.
