Claims (7)
- 서열 번호 1의 뉴클레오티드 서열을 갖는 내재적 NCBI 허가번호 NCgl2567 유전자가 불활성화되어 있고, 라이신을 생산하는 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰 미생물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불활성화는 상기 NCBI 허가번호 NCgl2567 유전자 내로 하나 이상의 염기쌍의 삽입에 의한 삽입 돌연변이, 상기 유전자 내의 하나 이상의 염기쌍의 결실을 갖는 결실 돌연변이, 및 상기 유전자 내의 넌센스 코돈을 도입시키는 염기쌍의 전이 (transition) 또는 전환 (transversion) 돌연변이로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 돌연변이에 의하여 불활성화된 미생물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불활성화는 상기 NCBI 허가번호 NCgl2567 유전자의 일부분과 항생제 마커를 포함하는 벡터를 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰 미생물에 형질전환시키고, 상기 항생제의 존재하에서 배양하여 선발되는 것인 미생물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 NCBI 허가번호 NCgl2567 유전자의 일부분은 서열번호 2의 뉴클레오티드 서열을 갖는 것인 미생물.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰 KFCC10881-CJP5113 (KCCM-10704P).
- 제1항 내지 제4항 및 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 미생물을 배양하여 배양물 또는 세포 중에 L-라이신을 생산하는 단계; 및배양물로부터 L-라이신을 회수하는 단계를 포함하는, L-라이신을 생산하는 방법.
