- 포스포리보실아미노이미다졸석시노카보스아마이드 신타제를 암호화하는 purC 유전자의 샤인-달가르노 서열(Shine-Dalgarno sequence) 또는 개시코돈 주변 코돈 선호도(codon usage)가 변형된 코리네박테리움 속 미생물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 미생물은 코리네박테리움 암모니아게네스인 것인 미생물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 purC 유전자는 서열번호 9의 서열로 정의되는 것인 미생물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 변형된 purC 유전자는 서열번호 1 또는 서열번호 2의 서열로 정의되는 것인 미생물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미생물은 코리네박테리움 암모니아게네스 CN04-0178 (KCCM10963P) 또는 CN04-0179(KCCM10964P)인 것인 코리네박테리움 속 미생물.
- purC 유전자의 샤인-달가르노 서열(Shine-Dalgarno Sequence) 또는 개시코돈 주변 코돈 선호도(codon usage)가 변형된 벡터를 이노신을 생산하는 코리네박테리 움 속 미생물에 형질전환시키는 단계를 포함하는, 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 미생물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 미생물을 배양하고, 그 배양액으로부터 이노신을 생산하는 방법.
