Claims (7)
- 연료를 연소시켜 발생한 열로 물을 데워 온수를 공급하기 위한 급탕장치에 있어서,연소열을 발생시키기 위한 버너;물을 저장하기 위한 탱크;상기 탱크 하부에 관통 설치되면서 상기 버너로부터 발생한 연소열을 순환시키기 위한 열순환관과 상기 열순환관을 따라 등 간격에 연속하여 나선 형태로 관통 설치되면서 상기 탱크 내부의 물을 순환시키기 위한 다수 개의 물순환관이 형성된 열교환기; 및상기 탱크를 안착시켜 이동할 수 있도록 형성된 대차;를 구성하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 실외형 이동식 급탕장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 물 순관의 양 끝단 사이는 표면적을 넓히기 위한 스크루 형태로 형성되고, 상기 열순환관에는 상기 각 물순환관을 관통한 상태에서 그 양 끝단을 고정하기 위한 고정구가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 실외형 이동식 급탕장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 고정구는 물순환관의 끝단을 긴밀하게 감쌀 수 있도록 열순환관으로부터 돌출 형성된 입구부;상기 입구부에 체결되면서 그 단부에는 상기 물순환관의 단부를 걸어 고정하도록 환형의 걸림턱이 형성된 마개; 및상기 입구부와 마개 사이에 끼워져 입구부와 물순환관 사이에 기밀을 유지하도록 형성된 실링;으로 구성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 실외형 이동식 급탕장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 각 물순환관은 열순환관의 중심선 상의 직각으로부터 연소열의 흐름 방향으로 일정 각도 기울게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 실외형 이동식 급탕장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열교환기가 관통되는 탱크의 결합구는 상기 물순환관의 길이보다 큰 직경으로 형성되고, 상기 열순환관의 단부에는 상기 결합구를 커버하여 체결되는 플랜지가 형성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 실외형 이동식 급탕장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 버너와 상기 열교환기 사이에는 상기 버너로부터 불연소된 연료를 완전 연소시켜 연소열을 증가시키기 위한 터보가 설치되고, 상기 버너와 터보 및 열교환기는 상호 분리하여 이동 가능하도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 실외형 이동식 급탕장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 탱크의 하부에는 수도를 연결하여 물을 공급하기 위한 공급파이프가 형성되고, 상기 탱크의 상부에는 공급파이프를 통해 유입되는 수압에 의해 상승된 뜨거운 물을 배출시킬 수 있도록 상부 배출파이프가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 실외형 이동식 급탕장치.
