Claims (3)
- 고압기류식 버너를 이용하여 폐유를 연소시키는 보일러관체(1)에는 각 벽면을 따라 온수통(14)이 형성되면서 연소실(20) 상부에 다수 배열의 배관(15)이 형성되어,연소실개구부(10)에 열고 닫을 수 있는 버너도어(2)가, 상기 개구부(11)에 가스켓(4)을 통한 클린아웃도어(3)가, 상기 개구부(12)가 루버가스켓(6)을 통한 커버판(5)및, 상기 개구부(13)에 연통부(14)의 스모크헤드(7)와 가스켓(8)을 통한 클린아웃도어(9)가 각각 설치되고, 상기 연소실개구부(10)내에 연소실(20)이 형성되면서 하부에 뒷벽의 내화벽(18)과 바닥의 내화벽(19)이 각각 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 온수보일러시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보일러관체(1)의 온수통(14)에는 코일(16)을 전기히터로 이용한 온수보일러, 또는 상부의 스팀수납관(21)을 설치한 스팀보일러등으로 각각 가동한 것을 특징으로 하는 온수보일러시스템.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 보일러관체(1)에 릴리프밸브(30)가 설치되는 한편 상하의 배관을 통해 바이패스밸브(31), 템퍼링밸브(32)및 믹싱탱크(33)등을 적용하여 각각의 난방부하(34)를 가동시키게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 온수보일러시스템.
