Claims (11)
- 복수의 에너지원을 이용하여 물을 가열하는 복합보일러에 있어서,내부로 공급된 연료를 연소시켜 열을 발생하는 수직형 연소실과,상기 연소실의 내부로 땔감을 장입하도록 상기 연소실과 연통된 장입통과,상기 연소실을 감싸면서 상기 연소실의 외측에 밀폐공간을 형성하는 하우징과,상기 연소실의 상단에 연통되며 상기 하우징을 관통해 상기 하우징의 외측으로 연장된 굴뚝과,상기 연소실 내부에 위치하며 공급되는 연료를 연소하는 버너와,상기 하우징에 체결되어 상기 하우징의 내부로 연장된 한 개 이상의 전기히터 및,급수관 및 배수관이 체결되어 상기 하우징 내부로 물을 급수 및 배수할 수 있도록 상기 하우징의 외측면에 형성된 복수 개의 커플러를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수직형 복합보일러.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 수직형 보일러는 상기 연소실의 둘레와 상기 전기히터의 둘레를 감싸며 양단은 상기 하우징의 외측면에 형성된 커플러에 각각 연결된 배관을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수직형 복합보일러.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 연소실의 내부 상단 쪽에는 상기 연소실의 측벽을 관통해 연결된 가열관이 하나 이상 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 수직형 복합보일러.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 가열관은 상기 연소실의 직경보다 길어 상기 연소실 내부에 비스듬하게 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수직형 복합보일러.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전기히터의 후단에는 소켓이 장착되며, 상기 전기히터가 어느 한 커플러에 삽입된 상태에서 상기 소켓이 상기 커플러에 체결되어 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 수직형 복합보일러.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 장입통의 입구에는 여닫이식 개폐문이 설치되고, 상기 개폐문에는 관통공이 형성되며, 상기 개폐문에는 공기조절판이 회전 가능하게 장착되고, 상기 공기조절판에는 상기 개폐문의 관통공과 대응하는 관통공이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 수직형 복합보일러.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 굴뚝, 상기 연소실, 상기 장입통, 상기 하우징 및 상기 가열관의 재질은 스테인레스 강인 것을 특징으로 하는 수직형 복합보일러.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 배관은 동관인 것을 특징으로 하는 수직형 복합보일러.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 연소실은 350±5mm의 직경에 830±5mm의 높이를 갖는 원통형이고, 상기 굴뚝은 100±5mm의 직경에 770±5mm의 높이를 갖는 원통형이며, 장입통은 350±5mm의 가로와 450±5mm의 세로 및 780±5mm의 깊이를 갖는 덕트 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 수직형 복합보일러.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 연소실은 600±5mm의 직경에 1,220±5mm의 높이를 갖는 원통형이고, 상기 굴뚝은 250±5mm의 직경에 780±5mm의 높이를 갖는 원통형이며, 상기 장입통은 600±5mm의 가로와 650±5mm의 세로 및 1,200±5mm의 깊이를 갖는 덕트 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 수직형 복합보일러.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 버너에는 상기 연소실과 상기 하우징을 관통한 연료공급라인과 공기공급라인이 연결되며, 상기 연료공급라인은 연료저장탱크에 연결되고, 상기 공기공급라인은 송풍기에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 수직형 복합보일러.
