Claims (3)
- 상대방 커넥터의 단자와 접촉하는 복수의 콘택트와, 상기 콘택트를 보호 유지하는 하우징으로 이루어지는 삽입력이 낮은 형태의 커넥터에 있어서,상기 하우징은,상기 콘택트를 부세(付勢)하여 휘게 하는 제1캠 부재 형태의 콘택트 부세 수단과,상기 하우징과 감합한 상기 상대방 커넥터를 완전 감합 직전의 감합 깊이로 유지하는 제2캠 부재 형태의 이간(離間) 수단과,상기 상대방 커넥터를 점증적으로 록(Lock)하는 열쇠형 부재 형태의 록 수단과,상기 콘택트 부세 수단, 상기 이간 수단 및 상기 록 수단을 일체적으로 구동하는 구동 수단을 구비하며,상기 상대방 커넥터와의 감합시에 상기 구동 수단을 구동함으로써,상기 콘택트 부세 수단이 상기 콘택트와 상기 상대방 커넥터의 상기 단자를 접속시키고, 상기 이간 수단이 상기 완전 감합 직전의 감합 깊이의 유지를 해제하며, 상기 록 수단이 상기 상대방 커넥터를 상기 완전 감합 직전의 감합 깊이로부터 완전 감합 상태로 끌어들이도록 상기 상대방 커넥터와 록하는 것을 특징으로 하는 삽입력이 낮은 형태의 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 구동 수단은 상기 하우징에 회전 가능하도록 지지된 축과 상기 축에 연결된 조작부재를 갖고,상기 콘택트 부세 수단, 상기 이간 수단 및 상기 록 수단이 상기 축에 일체적으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 삽입력이 낮은 형태의 커넥터.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1캠 부재는 상기 콘택트를 상기 단자와 접촉하도록 부세하며,상기 제2캠 부재는 상기 완전 감합 직전에서 상기 상대방 커넥터의 감합면과 당접하는 당접 위치와, 상기 감합면과 당접하지 않는 비당접 위치를 취할 수 있으며,상기 열쇠형 부재는 상기 축의 회전에 동반하여 상기 커넥터끼리 상대적으로 접근하도록, 상기 상대방 커넥터의 돌기와 계합하는 계합 캠면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 삽입력이 낮은 형태의 커넥터.
