Claims (20)
- 아크릴 산 또는 그 염, 또는 아크릴 산과 그 염을 포함하는 단량체를 중합함으로써 제조되는 가교 구조를 가지는 수분 흡수 수지로부터 제조되고, 표면이 가교된 수분 흡수 수지 입자를 포함하는 하기 (a) 내지 (e) 요건을 만족하는 수분 흡수제 :(a) 90 중량% 또는 그 이상의 입자가 850㎛ 보다는 작고 150㎛ 보다 작지 않은 직경을 가질 것;(b) 입자 크기 분포의 로그 표준 편차(σξ)가 0.25 내지 0.45의 범위 내에 있을 것;(c) 0.9 중량%의 생리 식염수에 대한 AAPs가 20g/g 또는 그 이상일 것;(d) 0.9 중량%의 생리 식염수에 대한 CRCs가 29g/g 보다는 작지 않으나 39g/g 보다는 작을 것; 및(e) 하기 식(1)에 의한 화학적 가교 계수(chemical crosslinking index)가 160 또는 그 이상일 것;화학적 가교 계수 = (CRCs)/(CRCdw)×1000........................... 식(1)이때 상기 식(1)에서 CRCs(g/g)는 0.9 중량%의 생리식염수에 대한 흡수도이고 CRCdw(g/g)는 탈이온수에 대한 흡수도이다.

- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 흡수성 수지의 겔층 팽창 압력(SPGL(B))이 40.0(kdyne/cm2) 이상이 되도록 제조하는 수분 흡수제의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 수분 흡수 수지가 40(10-7·cm3·s·g-1) 또는 그 이상의 생리 식염수 유동 전도도(SFC)를 가질 때까지 표면가교되고, 그 후 수분 흡수 수지에 액체 투과성 증진제를 첨가하는 수분 흡수제의 제조방법.
