Claims (21)
- 복수의 소스 신호 라인들, 복수의 게이트 신호 라인들, 복수의 전원 공급 라인들, 및 복수의 픽셀들을 포함하는 디스플레이 장치에 있어서,상기 복수의 픽셀들 각각은 스위칭 TFT, SRAM, EL 구동 TFT, 및 EL 소자로 구성되고;상기 스위칭 TFT의 소스 영역 및 드레인 영역 중 하나는 상기 복수의 소스 신호 라인들 중 하나에 접속되고, 상기 스위칭 TFT의 소스 영역 및 드레인 영역 중 하나는 상기 SRAM의 입력측에 각각 접속되고;상기 SRAM의 출력측과 상기 EL 구동 TFT의 게이트 전극은 접속되고;상기 EL 구동 TFT의 소스 영역은 상기 복수의 전원 공급 라인들 중 하나에 접속되고, 상기 EL 구동 TFT의 드레인 영역은 상기 EL 소자의 캐소드 또는 애노드에 각각 접속되며;상기 SRAM은, 상기 복수의 소스 신호 라인들 중 하나로부터 상기 스위칭 TFT를 통해 상기 SRAM에 입력되는 디지털 데이터 신호를, 다음 디지털 데이터 신호가 상기 SRAM에 입력될 때까지 저장하는, 디스플레이 장치.
- 복수의 소스 신호 라인들, 복수의 게이트 신호 라인들, 복수의 전원 공급 라인들, 및 복수의 픽셀들을 포함하는 디스플레이 장치에 있어서,상기 복수의 픽셀들 각각은 스위칭 TFT, SRAM, EL 구동 TFT, 및 EL 소자로 구성되고;상기 스위칭 TFT의 소스 영역 및 드레인 영역 중 하나는 상기 복수의 소스 신호 라인들 중 하나에 접속되고, 상기 스위칭 TFT의 소스 영역 및 드레인 영역 중 하나는 상기 SRAM의 입력측에 각각 접속되고;상기 SRAM의 출력측과 상기 EL 구동 TFT의 게이트 전극은 접속되고;상기 EL 구동 TFT의 소스 영역은 상기 복수의 전원 공급 라인들 중 하나에 접속되고, 상기 EL 구동 TFT의 드레인 영역은 상기 EL 소자의 캐소드 또는 애노드에 각각 접속되고;상기 EL 소자가 광을 방출하는 1프레임 기간 내의 기간은 디지털 데이터 신호를 사용하여 제어되며;상기 SRAM은, 상기 복수의 소스 신호 라인들 중 하나로부터 상기 스위칭 TFT를 통해 상기 SRAM에 입력되는 상기 디지털 데이터 신호를, 다음 디지털 데이터 신호가 상기 SRAM에 입력될 때까지 저장하는, 디스플레이 장치.
- 복수의 소스 신호 라인들, 복수의 게이트 신호 라인들, 복수의 전원 공급 라인들, 및 복수의 픽셀들을 포함하는 디스플레이 장치에 있어서,상기 복수의 픽셀들 각각은 스위칭 TFT, SRAM, EL 구동 TFT, 및 EL 소자로 구성되고;상기 스위칭 TFT의 소스 영역 및 드레인 영역 중 하나는 상기 복수의 소스 신호 라인들 중 하나에 접속되고, 상기 스위칭 TFT의 소스 영역 및 드레인 영역 중 하나는 상기 SRAM의 입력측에 접속되고;상기 SRAM의 출력측과 상기 EL 구동 TFT의 게이트 전극은 접속되고;상기 EL 구동 TFT의 소스 영역은 상기 복수의 전원 공급 라인들 중 하나에 접속되고, 상기 EL 구동 TFT의 드레인 영역은 상기 EL 소자의 캐소드 또는 애노드에 각각 접속되고;1프레임 기간은 n 서브프레임 기간 SF1, SF2, ..., SFn으로 분할되고;상기 n 서브프레임 기간 SF1, SF2,...,SFn은 기입 기간 Ta1, Ta2,...,Tan 및 디스플레이 기간 Ts1, Ts2,...,Tsn을 각각 갖고;디지털 데이터 신호는 상기 기입 기간 Ta1, Ta2,..,Tan 동안 모든 상기 복수의 픽셀들에 입력되고;상기 디스플레이 기간 Ts1, Ts2,...,Tsn 동안 상기 복수의 EL 소자들이 광을 방출하는지의 여부는 상기 디지털 데이터 신호에 따라 선택되고;상기 디스플레이 기간 Ts1, Ts2,...,Tsn의 길이의 비는 20:2-1:...:2-(n-1)으로 표현되며;상기 SRAM은, 상기 복수의 소스 신호 라인들 중 하나로부터 상기 스위칭 TFT를 통해 상기 SRAM에 입력되는 상기 디지털 데이터 신호를, 다음 디지털 데이터 신호가 상기 SRAM에 입력될 때까지 저장하는, 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 SRAM은 2개의 n채널 TFT들 및 2개의 p채널 TFT들을 포함하는, 디스플레이 장치.

- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 SRAM은 2개의 n채널 TFT들 및 2개의 저항기들을 갖는, 디스플레이 장치.
