Description
(実施の形態1)
図1に本実施の形態の構成例を示す。
図2に定電圧回路112から供給される電圧を用いて表示部102を制御する場合の実施の形態を示す。なお、図中の点線矢印は、電圧供給制御回路116から電圧選択回路118への電圧供給を行わないことを意味する。
図3に充電回路111から供給される電圧を用いて表示部102の表示を維持する場合の実施の形態を示す。
(実施の形態4)
図4に第1のアンテナ回路105と第2のアンテナ回路401を有する場合の実施の形態を示す。
図5(a)に充電制御回路及び電圧供給制御回路を制御する回路117の構成例を示す。
カウンタ回路502はある一定数のカウント後、電圧供給制御回路116へ制御電圧を供給する。カウンタ回路502から供給された制御電圧により、電圧供給制御回路116の電圧供給を停止させる。
図5(b)に電圧選択回路118の構成例を示す。
図6にアンテナ回路105がリーダ/ライタ101からの電磁波を受信し、充電回路111への充電動作を行い、表示部102を制御する場合の一例を示す。なお、ここでは、また、充電制御回路115に第1のスイッチが設けられ、電圧供給制御回路116に第2のスイッチが設けられている例を示す。また、充電回路111の充電が完了するまでの期間は、定電圧回路112から供給される電圧で表示部102の制御を行っている。

- 表示部と、
前記表示部に含まれる画素回路と、
前記画素回路を制御する第1の回路と、
アンテナ回路と、
前記アンテナ回路で受信した無線信号から復調信号を生成する第2の回路と、
前記アンテナ回路で受信した無線信号を整流する第3の回路と、
前記第3の回路で整流された電圧から第1の電圧を生成する第4の回路と、
前記第3の回路で整流された電圧から第2の電圧を蓄える充電回路と、
前記充電回路への前記第2の電圧の充電を制御する充電制御回路と、
電圧供給制御回路と、
前記充電制御回路及び前記電圧供給制御回路を制御する第5の回路と、
前記第1の電圧と前記第2の電圧のどちらか一方を選択して、前記第1の回路に供給する第6の回路とを有し、
前記画素回路はSRAM回路を有し、
前記電圧供給制御回路は、前記第6の回路に前記第2の電圧を供給する表示装置。 - 表示部と、
前記表示部に含まれる画素回路と、
前記画素回路を制御する第1の回路と、
第1のアンテナ回路と、
第2のアンテナ回路と、
前記第1のアンテナ回路で受信した無線信号から復調信号を生成する第2の回路と、
前記第1のアンテナ回路で受信した無線信号を整流する第3の回路と、
前記第2のアンテナ回路で受信した無線信号を整流する第4の回路と、
前記第3の回路で整流された電圧から第1の電圧を生成する第5の回路と、
前記第2のアンテナ回路で受信した無線信号から復調信号を生成する第6の回路と、
前記第4の回路で生成された電圧から第2の電圧を蓄える充電回路と、
前記充電回路への前記第2の電圧の充電を制御する充電制御回路と、
電圧供給制御回路と、
前記充電制御回路及び前記電圧供給制御回路を制御する第7の回路と、
前記第1の電圧と前記第2の電圧のどちらか一方を選択して、前記第1の回路に供給する第8の回路とを有し、
前記画素回路はSRAM回路を有し、
前記電圧供給制御回路は、前記第8の回路に前記第2の電圧を供給する表示装置。
