Claims (18)
- 할로겐계 유기 폐기물을 분해하기 위한 할로겐계 유기 폐기물의 처리 방법으로서,(I) 염기 존재하에서, 1∼10중량부 수성 매질 중에 있는 1중량부 미분 상태 폐기물의 현탁액을, 물을 액체 상태로 유지하는 자생 압력에서 250 내지 280℃의 온도로 30분 내지 5시간의 시간동안 가수분해 가열하는 단계,(II) 상기 단계 (I)에서 얻은 가수분해물을 고체상 및 액체상으로 분리하는 단계, 및(III) 상기 단계 (II)에서 얻은 가수분해물의 고체상을 후-가열 처리하여 실온에서 액체 상태인 유기 화합물을 상기 고체상으로부터 유리시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계(I)의 수성 매질은 할로겐계 유기 폐기물 중의 할로겐에 대해 염기를 1∼3 몰당량 함유하는 것인 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계(I)의 가수분해 가열 처리는 50∼90분 동안 실시하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 염기로서 알칼리 금속 수산화물, 알칼리 토금속 수산화물 또는 이들의 혼합물을 사용하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (III)는, 상기 단계 (II)로부터 얻은 가수분해물의 고체상을, 30분 내지 2시간 내에 최종 온도 450 내지 600℃에 도달하기 위한 가열 속도로 대기압에서 후-가열 처리함으로써 실시하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (II)로부터 얻은 가수분해물의 고체상은 수분 함량이 20∼60 중량%인 습윤 필터 케이크인 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (III)의 후-가열 처리는 수용기와 연결된 응축기로 유도하는 상부 출구를 구비한 반응기에서 실시하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (III)의 후-가열 처리는, 유리된 유기 화합물들의 동시 분류와 함께 실시하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가수분해 가열 단계 (I)는, 무산소 조건하에서 실시하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (III)의 후-가열 처리는, 무산소 조건하에서 실시하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폐기물은 PVC인 것인 방법.
