Claims (16)
- 적어도 하나의 제1층(8), 및상기 제1층(8)을 통해 연장되며 주로 원뿔 또는 원통과 같은 3차원 형상(18)을 가진 복수개의 천공구멍(perforations)을 포함하는, 열가소성 소재의 천공 구조물(7: perforated structure of thermoplastic material)로서,적어도 하나의 제2층(9)이 상기 제1층(8)과 적어도 부분적으로 결합되고, 상기 천공구멍들은 상기 제2층(9)을 통해서도 연장되며,상기 제1층(8)은, 그의 용융점이 상기 제2층(9)의 열가소성 소재가 갖는 용융점보다 낮은 열가소성 소재를 포함하고,상기 제2층(9)은 상기 3차원 형상(18)의 내측면(20)을 형성하고, 상기 제1층(8)은 상기 형상(18)의 외측면(21)을 형성하며, 상기 제2층(9)은 적어도 부분적으로 물품의 표면을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는열가소성 소재의 천공 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 천공 구멍들의 영역에서 상기 제1층(8)이 적어도 부분적으로 용융되어 상기 형상(18)을 안정화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 소재의 천공 구조물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 천공 구멍들의 영역에서 상기 제2층이 적어도 대부분 용융되지 않도록 제1층(8)의 열가소성 소재의 용융점이 제2층(9)의 열가소성 소재 보다 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 소재의 천공 구조물.

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1층(8) 및 상기 제2층(9)은 섬유를 포함하고,상기 섬유들은 상기 천공 구멍들의 영역에서 적어도 부분적으로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 소재의 천공 구조물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1층(8) 및 상기 제2층(9)은 동일한 방법으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 소재의 천공 구조물.
- 제1항에 따른 열가소성 소재의 천공 구조물 제조방법으로서,제1층(8)의 열가소성 소재의 용융점이 상기 제2층(9)의 열가소성 소재의 용융점 보다 낮은, 적어도 하나의 제1층(8) 및 제2층(9)을 제공하고,상기 제1층(8) 및 제2층(9)을 함께 천공 캘린더(6) 안으로 공급하고,상기 천공 캘린더(6)에서 천공 롤러(2)의 융기부(5)가 상기 제1층(8) 및 제2층(9)을 파고 들고, 상기 제2층(9)이 상기 제1층(8)에 앞서서 상기 융기부(5)와 접촉하는 단계를 포함하는 천공 구조물 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 제2층(9)은 미용융 상태로 남아있는 반면, 상기 제1층(8)은 적어도 부분적으로 접착성이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천공 구조물 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 제2층(9)은 미용융 상태로 남아있는 반면, 상기 제1층(8)은 적어도 부분적으로 용융되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천공 구조물 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 제1층은 필라멘트를 포함하고, 상기 필라멘트는 용융시에도 제조 과정에서 그의 필라멘트 형상을 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천공 구조물 제조방법.
- 제7항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에서,상기 융기부(5)가 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천공 구조물 제조방법.
- 제7항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에서,상기 제1층(8)이 적어도 상기 제2층(9)의 열가소성 소재의 열변형 온도(softening temperature)이하로 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천공 구조물 제조방법.
