Claims (13)
- 천공될 부직포(6)가 공급되어 천공되는 갭(9)을 형성하는 천공 롤러(4) 및 카운터 롤러(5)를 구비하고, 공급장치(8) 및 배출장치(12)를 구비하는 부직포 천공장치(1)로서,상기 공급장치(8)는 천공될 부직포(6)가 상기 갭(9) 내로 공급되기 전에 우선 상기 카운터 롤러(5) 상에 공급되도록 배열되고, 상기 배출장치(12)는 천공된 부직포(10)가 상기 갭(9)을 떠난 후 상기 천공롤러(4) 상에 머물도록 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 천공 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 천공롤러(4)는 니들 롤러인 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 천공 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에서,상기 천공될 부직포(6)는 상기 카운터 롤러(5) 상에서 접촉각이 적어도 45° 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 천공 장치.

- 제8항에서,상기 천공될 부직포(6)는 접촉각이 90°내지 270°로 상기 천공 롤러(4)를 휘감는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 천공 방법.
- 제1항에 따른 부직포 천공 장치(1) 또는 제8항에 따른 부직포 천공 방법으로 제조된 천공된 부직포(10)로서,상기 천공된 부직포(10)의 연장률(elongation rate)은 1.7% 내지 5.6%이며, 상기 천공 구멍들은 축 비율(MD/CD)이 1 및 1.18 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 천공된 부직포.
