Claims (8)
- 원료, 및 산소와 스팀을 포함하는 리포밍 가스를 촉매와 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는, 수소 또는 합성가스를 제조하기 위한 오토서멀 리포밍(autothermal reforming) 방법으로서,루테늄을 담지한 지르코니아 담체로 이루어진 촉매를 이용하고,담체에 담지된 루테늄의 양이 촉매 전체를 기준으로 0.05 내지 20 중량%이고,반응계에 도입하는 스팀과 원료의 비가 「물 분자수/원료 중의 탄소 원자수」로 0.1 내지 10이고,반응계에 도입하는 산소와 원료의 비가 「산소 분자수/원료 중의 탄소 원자수」로 0.1 내지 1인, 오토서멀 리포밍 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,원료가 탄화수소인 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,탄화수소가 메탄, 액화 석유가스, 나프타, 등유 및 경유로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,원료가 메탄올, 에탄올 및 디메틸 에테르로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 방법.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,리포밍 가스가 산소, 스팀 및 탄산가스의 혼합가스로 이루어지는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,촉매가 코발트 및 마그네슘으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 추가로 함유하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,코발트 함유량이 코발트/루테늄의 원자비로 0.01 내지 30인 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,마그네슘 함유량이 MgO로 환산하여 촉매 전체를 기준으로 0.5 내지 20 중량%인 방법.
