Claims (15)
- 적어도 하나의 중합가능 이중결합을 함유하는 분지형 폴리머를 합성하는 방법에 있어서,(i) 분자당 하나의 중합가능 이중결합을 갖는 일관능성 모노머와, 분자당 적어도 두개의 중합가능 이중결합을 갖는 다관능성 모노머 0.3-100% w/w (일관능성 모노머의 중량기준), 연쇄이동제 0.0001-50% w/w (일관능성 모노머의 중량기준) 및 선택적으로 자유 래디칼 중합 개시제를 함께 혼합하는 단계,(ii) 상기 혼합물을 반응시켜서 폴리머를 형성시키는 단계,(iii) 상기 혼합물내에 존재하는 중합가능 이중결합의 99% 미만이 반응하여 폴리머를 형성했을때 상기 중합반응을 종료시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 일관능성 모노머는 메타크릴레이트 및 아크릴레이트, 스티렌 및 그 유도체, 비닐 아세테이트, 말레산 무수물, 이타콘산, N-알킬(아릴)말레이미드 및 N-비닐 피롤리돈으로 부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 일관능성 모노머는 메타크릴레이트, 부틸 메타크릴레이트 및/또는 메타크릴산중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 일관능성 모노머가 하나 이상의 일관능성 모노머의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 다관능성 모노머는 이관능성 (메타)아크릴레이트, 삼관능성 (메타)아크릴레이트, 사관능성 (메타)아크릴레이트, 오관능성 (메타)아크릴레이트, 육관능성 (메타)아크릴레이트, 분자당 적어도 두개의 중합가능 (메타)아크릴레이트 그룹을 가지는 올리고머 또는 폴리머, 및 그들의 혼합물로 부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 연쇄이동제는 일관능성 및 다관능성 티올들로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 반응 혼합물에 중합반응 방지제를 첨가하는 방법 및/또는 상기 반응 혼합물을 냉각시키는 방법에 의해 반응을 종료시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 중합반응은 개시제 종류, 개시제농도, 중합반응온도 및 중합반응시간을 조합하여 개시함으로써, 중합반응을 개시시키는 자유 래디칼의 양이 모노머 혼합물에 있는 모든 중합가능 그룹들을 폴리머로 전환시키는데 불충분하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 중합반응이 10시간 반감기 온도가 64oC보다 낮은 개시제를 사용하여 70oC-80oC 범위의 온도에서 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 개시제가 2,2'아조비스(2,4-디메틸발레로나이트릴) 및 t-부틸퍼옥시네오데카노에이트로 부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- (i) 분자당 하나의 중합가능 이중결합을 가지는 일관능성 모노머,(ii) 분자당 적어도 두개의 중합가능 이중결합을 가지는 다관능성 모노머 0.3-100% w/w (일관능성 모노머의 중량기준),(iii) 연쇄이동제 0.0001-50% w/w (일관능성 모노머의 중량기준) 및 선택적으로(iv) 자유 래디칼 중합반응 개시제의 잔기를 포함하는, 적어도 하나의 중합가능 이중결합을 함유하는 분지형 폴리머.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 제 1항 내지 10항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의하여 합성된 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리머.
- 제 11항의 폴리머를 함유하고, 선택적으로 모노머, 관능성 올리고머 및 공중합체, 그리고 가교결합 종들, 폴리머, 경화제, 착색제, 용매, 분산보조제, 윤활제, 가공조제, 충진제, 운반유체, 강화제, 가소제, 유연제, 안정제, 향수와 같은 다른 화합물들로 부터 선택된 성분들을 더 함유하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 11항의 폴리머를 함유하는 성형된 폴리머 제품.
- 코팅 조성물, 포토레지스트, 성형 조성물, 모노머 시럽내에서 경화될 수 있는 폴리머, 성형된 부엌싱크, 워크탑, 아크릴 시트, 샤워 트레이, 경화성 시멘트 또는 접착제의 구성성분으로서 제 11항의 폴리머의 용도.
