Claims (15)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 수지(A)는 디올 성분 100중량% 대비 85중량% 이하의 에틸렌글리콜을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 수지(A)는 디올 성분으로 C6~C21인 방향족 디올 또는 C3~C8인 지방족 디올을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 C6~C21인 방향족 디올 또는 C6~C8인 지방족 디올은 프로판-1,3-디올, 부탄-1,4-디올, 펜탄-1,5-디올, 헥산-1,6-디올, 3-메틸펜탄-2,4-디올 ,2-메틸펜탄-1,4-디올, 2,2,4-트리메틸펜탄-1,3-디올, 2-에틸헥산-1,3-디올, 2,2-디에틸프로판-1,3-디올, 1,4-사이클로부탄디메탄올, 2,2-비스-(3-하이드록시에톡시페닐)-프로판, 2,2-비스-(4-하이드록시프로폭시페닐)-프로판 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 백색 안료 (B)는 산화 티탄, 산화 아연, 황화 아연, 연백, 황산 아연, 황산 바륨, 탄산 칼슘, 또는 산화 알루미나로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 백색 안료(B)는 무기 표면처리제 또는 유기 표면처리제로 표면 처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 백색 안료(B)의 입자 크기는 0.05 내지 2.0 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 충진제(C)는 탄소섬유, 유리섬유, 붕소섬유, 유리비드, 유리플레이크, 카본블랙, 활석, 클레이, 카올린, 탈크, 마이카, 탄산칼슘, 워러스트나이트, 티탄산칼슘휘스카, 붕산 알미늄 휘스카, 산화 아연 휘스카, 칼슘 휘스카 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 유리섬유는 평균길이가 0.1 ~ 20mm이고, 종횡비가 10 ~ 2000인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물은 자외선 안정제, 형광증백제, 활제, 이형제, 핵제, 대전방지제, 안정제, 보강재, 무기물 첨가제, 안료 또는 염료 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 첨가제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물은 색차계로 440 nm에서 측정한 초기 반사율이 90이상이고, 온도 85℃, 상대습도 85%에서 144시간 방치 후 440nm 에서 측정한 반사율 감소가 10 미만이며, 온도 85℃, 상대습도 85% 에서 144시간 방치 전후의 황색도의 변화가 5미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물은 85℃/85% 항온항습기에 48시간 방치 후 메틀러 HR-83을 이용하여 20분 동안의 수분흡수율이 2% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 및 제6항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항의 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물로부터 제조된 성형품.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 성형품은 LED 리플렉터인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
