Claims (9)
- 내부가 미정화실(51A∼51E, 95A, 95B) 및 정화실(52A∼52E, 96A, 96B)로 구획된 클리너 케이스(50A∼50E, 89A, 89B) 내에 상기 미정화실(51A∼51E, 95A, 95B)로부터 정화실(52A∼52E, 96A, 96B)로 유통되는 공기를 여과하는 클리너 엘리먼트(53, 98, 108, 157)가 수용되는 에어클리너(29A∼29E, 80A, 80B)와, 상기 정화실(52A∼52E, 96A, 96B)로부터 실린더 헤드(28F, 28R, 83)로 공급되는 공기량을 제어하는 스로틀 바디(48, 87)를 구비하는 차량용 엔진의 흡기 장치에 있어서, 상기 클리너 케이스(50A∼50E, 89A, 89B) 내에, 상기 스로틀 바디(48, 87)가 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 엔진의 흡기 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 미정화실(51A, 51C∼51E)이, 그 일부를 흡기 챔버(66A, 66B, 66C)로서 기능시키도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 엔진의 흡기 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 스로틀 바디(48, 87)가 상기 미정화실(51A, 51C∼51E, 95A)에 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 엔진의 흡기 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 스로틀 바디(48, 87)로부터 연장되는 스로틀 케이블(64, 65 ; 104, 105)이, 상기 클리너 케이스(50A, 50C∼50E, 89A)의 상기 미정화실(51A, 51C∼51E, 95A)에 면한 부분을 관통하여 외부로 인출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 엔진의 흡기 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 클리너 케이스(50A, 50C∼50E, 89A)의 상기 미정화실(51A, 51C∼51E, 95A)에 면한 부분에 그로멧(67, 106)이 장착되고, 상기 스로틀 케이블(64, 65 ; 104, 105)이 이 그로멧(67, 106)에 삽입 통과되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 엔진의 흡기 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,연료를 분사하는 인젝터(69, 90)가 상기 미정화실(51A∼51C, 95A, 95B) 내에 수용되고, 상기 인젝터(69, 90)에 연료를 공급하는 연료도관(116) 및 상기 인젝터(69, 90)에 접속되는 도선(117)이, 상기 클리너 케이스(50A, 50C∼50E, 89A)의 상기 미정화실(51A, 51C∼51E, 95A)에 면한 부분에 장착되는 그로멧(118)에 삽입 통과되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 엔진의 흡기 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 클리너 케이스(50A∼50E)는, 제1, 제2 및 제3 케이스 부재(54A∼54E ; 55A∼55E ; 56A∼56E)가 제2 케이스 부재(55A∼55E)를 제1 및 제3 케이스 부재(54A∼54E ; 56A∼56E) 사이에 끼우도록 하여 상호 결합되어 이루어지고, 상기 에어클리너(29A∼29E)로부터의 정화 공기를 인도하도록 상기 스로틀 바디(48)를 포함하여 구성되어 상기 실린더 헤드(28F, 28R, 83)에 접속되는 흡기 통로부(45)에 상기 제1 케이스 부재(54A∼54E)가 지지되며, 제1 및 제2 케이스 부재(54A∼54E ; 55A∼55E)를 상호 결합하는 것인 제3 케이스 부재(56A∼56E)를 떼어낸 상태로 제1 및 제2 케이스 부재(54A∼54E ; 55A∼55E) 내에 삽입되는 상기 클리너 엘리먼트(53, 157)가, 이 클리너 엘리먼트(53, 157)를 덮는 제3 케이스 부재(56A∼56E)의 제2 케이스 부재(55A∼55E)로의 결합에 따라서 클리너 케이스(50A∼50E)에 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 엔진의 흡기 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 클리너 케이스(89A, 89B)의 천장부가, 연료 탱크(79)의 바닥판(82)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 엔진의 흡기 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 클리너 엘리먼트(53, 157)가, 상기 미정화실(51A∼51E)의 위쪽에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 엔진의 흡기 장치.
