Description
Claims (6)
- 광학 소자와,상기 광학 소자에 흐르는 전류의 경로 상에 배치되며, 휘도 데이터에 따라서 그 전류를 제어함으로써 상기 광학 소자에 원하는 전류를 흘리는 구동 소자와,상기 휘도 데이터와는 무관하게 상기 구동 소자를 제어함으로써 상기 광학 소자에 흐르는 전류를 차단시키는 회로와,상기 광학 소자의 양단에 축적된 전하를 방전하는 회로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 차단시키는 회로와 상기 방전하는 회로를 동일한 신호에 의해서 활성화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 휘도 데이터는 주사 신호에 의해서 상기 구동 소자에 설정되는 것이며, 상기 동일한 신호는 상기 광학 소자의 직전에 휘도 데이터가 설정되는 광학 소자에 대한 주사 신호를 이용한 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 광학 소자와,상기 광학 소자에 흐르는 전류의 경로 상에 배치되며, 휘도 데이터에 따라서 그 전류를 제어함으로써 상기 광학 소자에 원하는 전류를 흘리는 구동용 트랜지스터와,상기 휘도 데이터와는 무관하게 상기 구동용 트랜지스터의 제어 전압을 제어함으로써 상기 광학 소자에 흐르는 전류를 차단시키는 초기화 트랜지스터와,상기 광학 소자의 양단에 축적된 전하를 방전하는 바이패스 트랜지스터를 포함하고,상기 초기화 트랜지스터와 상기 바이패스 트랜지스터를 일 주사 기간 전에 휘도 데이터가 설정되는 광학 소자에 대한 주사 신호에 의해서 활성화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 광학 소자와,설정된 휘도 데이터에 따라서 상기 광학 소자를 구동하는 구동 소자와,상기 휘도 데이터와는 무관계한 더미 데이터를 상기 구동 소자에 설정하는 초기화 회로와,상기 광학 소자의 양단에 축적된 전하를 방전하는 회로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 더미 데이터는 상기 광학 소자를 저구동 상태로 두는 데이터인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
