Claims (12)
- 스캔 신호에 응답하여 데이터 전압을 제 1 노드에 공급하는 제 1 스위칭 소자;
센싱 신호에 응답하여 상기 제 1 노드에 기준전압을 공급하는 제 2 스위칭 소자;
상기 센싱 신호에 응답하여 구동 스위칭 소자의 드레인 전극과 제 2 노드를 서로 연결하는 제 3 스위칭 소자;
발광 신호에 응답하여 상기 구동 스위칭 소자의 드레인 전극과 유기발광다이오드의 애노드 전극과 접속된 제 3 노드를 서로 연결하는 제 4 스위칭 소자;
상기 센싱 신호에 응답하여 상기 제 3 노드에 기저전압을 공급하고, 상기 제 3 및 제 4 스위칭 소자를 경유하여 상기 제 2 노드에 상기 기저전압을 공급하는 제 5 스위칭 소자;
상기 제 1 노드와 상기 제 2 노드 사이에 연결된 제 1 커패시터; 및

상기 제 3 스위칭 소자는 듀얼 게이트 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광다이오드 표시장치. - 화소 구동부에 하이 논리 상태의 스캔 신호를 공급하고, 로우 논리 상태의 발광 신호 및 센싱 신호를 공급하여, 상기 화소 구동부가 제 1 노드의 전위를 기준전압으로 초기화하고, 구동 스위칭 소자의 게이트 전극과 연결된 제 2 노드 및 유기발광다이오드의 애노드 전극과 접속된 제 3 노드의 전위를 기저전압으로 초기화하는 초기화 기간;
상기 구동 스위칭 소자의 드레인 전극과 상기 제 2 노드를 서로 연결하여 상기 구동 스위칭 소자의 문턱전압을 센싱하는 문턱전압 센싱 기간;
상기 제 1 노드의 전위를 상기 기준전압에서 데이터 전압으로 변화시켜, 상기 제 2 노드의 전위를 상기 구동 스위칭 소자의 문턱전압이 보상된 전압으로 바꾸는 프로그래밍 기간; 및
상기 구동 스위칭 소자의 문턱전압이 보상된 제 2 노드의 전위에 따라 상기 유기발광다이오드에 구동 전류를 공급하는 발광 기간으로 나뉘어 구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광다이오드 표시장치의 구동방법. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 화소 구동부는
스캔 신호에 응답하여 상기 데이터 전압을 상기 제 1 노드에 공급하는 제 1 스위칭 소자;
센싱 신호에 응답하여 상기 제 1 노드에 상기 기준전압을 공급하는 제 2 스위칭 소자;
상기 센싱 신호에 응답하여 상기 구동 스위칭 소자의 드레인 전극과 상기 제 2 노드를 서로 연결하는 제 3 스위칭 소자;
발광 신호에 응답하여 상기 구동 스위칭 소자의 드레인 전극과 상기 제 3 노드를 서로 연결하는 제 4 스위칭 소자;
상기 센싱 신호에 응답하여 상기 제 3 노드에 상기 기저전압을 공급하는 제 5 스위칭 소자;
상기 제 1 노드와 상기 제 2 노드 사이에 연결된 제 1 커패시터; 및
