Claims (9)
- 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트가 그라프트된 폴리에틸렌 100중량부, 전분 150~300 중량부, 전분 가소제 7~100 중량부 및 자동산화제 1~10중량부를 함유하는 전분 마스터배치 100중량부; 폴리에틸렌 50~300중량부 및 가공조제 1~10중량부를 포함하는 생붕괴성 수지 조성물로서,상기 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트가 그라프트된 폴리에틸렌은 용융지수가 5~20g/10min인 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 및 선형저밀도 폴리에틸렌으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 폴리에틸렌 100중량부; 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트 0.05~10 중량부; 및 벤조일퍼옥사이드, 디큐밀퍼옥사이드, 이소부티릴퍼옥사이드 및 2,2-비스(t-부틸퍼옥시)부탄으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 개시제 0.01~1.0중량부를 혼합하여 이축 압출기에서 반응압출시켜 용융지수(Melt Index)가 0.1~4g/10min이 되도록 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 생붕괴성 수지 조성물.

- 글리시딜메타크릴레이트가 그라프트된 폴리에틸렌 100중량부, 전분 150~300중량부, 전분 가소제 7~100중량부, 자동 산화제 1~10 중량부를 혼합기에서 잘 혼합시킨 후, 이축 압출기의 공급부에 공급하여 160~200℃의 온도 및 50~300rpm의 스크류 속도 조건하에서 압출시켜 전분 마스터 배치를 제조하는 단계 및 제조된 전분 마스터 배치 100중량부와 폴리에틸렌 50~300중량부, 가공조제 1~10중량부를 잘 혼합한 후, 이축압출기의 공급부에 공급하고, 160~200℃의 온도 및 50~300rpm의 스크류속도의 조건에서 압출시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생붕괴성 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
