Abstract
本发明涉及农用塑料膜领域,公开了一种红色地膜,包括如下重量份的物质吹塑而得:聚烯烃粉体70‑80份、润滑剂2‑3份、分散剂2‑3份、除草组分2‑4份、粘合剂3‑5份、红色母粒3‑7份、保水树脂母粒3‑7份。本发明的红色地膜的红色有机颜料分散性好,不易褪色,且具有除草、保水功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及农用塑料膜领域,尤其涉及一种红色地膜。
背景技术
地膜是农业生产的中药物质资料,地膜技术在农业上的应用极大地促进了农业产量和效益的提高,带动了农业生产方式的改变和农业生产力的飞速发展。众所周知,光合作用是影响农作物的生长的重要因素,而太阳光是不同波长的复合光,其中波长520-680nm的红橙光可以提高农作物的光合作用效率,有利于糖类的积累,增加产量。而波长为300-380的紫外光会使得农作物发育不良、抵抗力下降,导致农作物容易染病。
申请号为201310052030.2的中国发明专利公开了一种转红光长寿光转换多功能地膜,由地膜基础树脂和长寿光转换多功能添加组分组成;地膜基础树脂与长寿光转换多功能添加组分的质量分数比为100:3.25-4.52;所述地膜基础树脂为线性低密度聚乙烯;所述长寿光转换多功能添加组分包括:长寿组分A、长寿组分B、长寿组分C、光转换组分D、光转换组分E、紫外光屏蔽组分F、紫外线吸收功能组分G。本发明可将不被作物吸收的紫外光和黄绿光转換成能被作物所吸收的红橙光,强化了作物的光合作用。
上述发明的地膜中虽然含有光转换组分,但是该光转换组分是直接与聚乙烯复合的,其分散性较差,且容易褪色。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种红色地膜。本发明的红色地膜的红色有机颜料分散性好,不易褪色,且具有除草、保水功能。
本发明的具体技术方案为:一种红色地膜,包括如下重量份的物质吹塑而得:聚烯烃粉体70-80份、润滑剂2-3份、分散剂2-3份、除草组分2-4份、粘合剂3-5份、红色母粒3-7份、保水树脂母粒3-7份。
作为本技术方案的进一步优选,所述红色母粒包括如下重量份的物质制得:20-30份线型低密度聚乙烯粉料,30-50份低密度聚乙烯粉料,10-20份高密度聚乙烯粉料,4-8份羧甲基纤维素,3-5份木质素纤维,1-3份红色有机颜料,1-2份抗氧剂,0.5-1.5份光稳定剂,1-2份紫外线吸收剂,3-5份聚乙烯蜡。
红色母粒以聚乙烯粉料为主要原料,在主要原料中严格控制线型低密度聚乙烯粉料,低密度聚乙烯粉料和高密度聚乙烯粉料的配比,不同密度和结构的聚乙烯粉料搭配,能够使母粒具有较为理想的软化温度、熔融温度,同时在制备成地膜后使地膜具有较好的拉伸强度、韧性和耐候性。其中红色有机颜料的添加能够使地膜呈现为红色,经过研究表明,红色地膜更能刺激作物生长,使植物利用更多的能量与地上部分进行光合作用,红色地膜能够投射红光,同时阻挡不利于作物生长的其他色光透过。因此使作物生长更为茂盛。
作为本技术方案的进一步优选,所述红色母粒中的光稳定剂为4-苯甲酰氧基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶、六甲基磷酰三胺、2,4,6-三(2’正丁氧基苯基)-1,3,5-三嗪中的一种或多种;紫外线吸收剂为邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮中的一种或多种;抗氧剂为2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚、双(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)硫醚、双十二碳醇酯、双十四碳醇酯、双十八碳醇酯中的一种或多种。
作为本技术方案的进一步优选,所述红色母粒的制备方法如下:
将羧甲基纤维素和木质素纤维添加到100-200倍羧甲基纤维素质量的水中并搅拌均匀,接着再向水中添加红色有机颜料,搅拌至红色有机颜料分散均匀后,将混合液浓缩至固含量为94-98wt%,制得红色组分,备用;按配比称取线型低密度聚乙烯粉料,低密度聚乙烯粉料,高密度聚乙烯粉料,抗氧剂,光稳定剂,紫外线吸收剂,聚乙烯蜡,与制得的红色组分混合后进行拌料,然后添加到塑料造粒机中先后经过塑化、过滤、挤出、拉丝、冷却、切割、烘干后即制得红色母粒。
如果直接将红色有机颜料与聚乙烯复合,红色有机颜料的分散性较差,导致颜色不均一,地膜且容易褪色。将红色有机颜料与羧甲基纤维素、木质纤维素在水中混合,羧甲基纤维素、木质纤维素能够对红色有机颜料进行吸收,如此红色有机颜料便有了稳定的载体,不易褪色,而羧甲基纤维素、木质纤维素在聚乙烯复合时分散性较好。
作为本技术方案的进一步优选,所述除草组分由30-50wt%的负载有除草剂的凹凸棒土、2-3wt%的聚乙烯蜡、5-15wt%的线型低密度聚乙烯粉料,15-25wt%的低密度聚乙烯粉料和余量的高密度聚乙烯粉料经塑料造粒机造粒而得。
作为本技术方案的进一步优选,所述除草剂为甲草胺、乙草胺、异丙隆或茶皂素中的一种或多种。
作为本技术方案的进一步优选,所述负载有除草剂的凹凸棒土的制备方法如下:
将凹凸棒土在500℃下热活化3-5h,接着将热活化后的凹凸棒土添加到浓度为50wt%的硅烷偶联剂乙醇溶液中在50-60℃下进行搅拌40-60min,然后过滤后将凹凸棒土烘干,得到改性凹凸棒土,将改性凹凸棒土与除草剂一同在水中混合搅拌,然后烘干,制得负载有除草剂的凹凸棒土。
将除草剂负载在凹凸棒土上,稳定性强,凹凸棒土能够对除草剂进行缓慢释放,除草剂渗透到地膜表面后与水分一同渗透进入土壤中,从而起到除草作用。
作为本技术方案的进一步优选,所述保水树脂母粒包括如下重量份的物质制得:34-64份线型低密度聚乙烯粉料,14-24份低密度聚乙烯粉料,4-8份高密度聚乙烯粉料,6-8份丙烯酸,6-10份浓度为5-15wt%的氢氧化钠水溶液,1-3份海泡石粉,1-3份魔芋葡甘聚糖,0.02-0.04份过硫酸钾,0.04-0.06份氯化铝,0.01-0.03份N,N’亚甲基双丙烯酰胺,0.1-0.3份碳酸氢钠,0.5-1.5份羧甲基纤维素钠,1-2份硬脂酸,1-2份聚乙烯蜡,1-3份硫磺。
以线型低密度聚乙烯粉料,低密度聚乙烯粉料和高密度聚乙烯粉料作为基体,其中不同密度和结构的聚乙烯粉料搭配,能够使母粒具有较为理想的软化温度、熔融温度,同时在制备成地膜后使地膜具有较好的拉伸强度、韧性和耐候性。将丙烯酸与海泡石粉、魔芋葡甘聚糖、羧甲基纤维素钠一同复合,使得该复合材料成型后具有极强地吸放湿能力,且吸湿容量大,能够迅速吸收自身数百倍重量的脱离子水和数十倍重量的含盐水分,创造了能够快速吸收、储存、缓慢释放水分与养分的“小水库”,能够根据自身材料与环境的湿度差自动进行吸放湿,能够有效降低灌溉水(雨水)和肥料的深层渗漏,提高水肥利用率,增强土壤的保水性,控制土壤水分的蒸发,以满足植物的生长需要;它还可以改善土壤结构、增加土壤活性、减少土壤板以及促进植物根系生长发育等。氢氧化钠水溶液在配方中具有以下几个作用:一是在制备聚丙烯酸钠时作为原料与丙烯酸发生反应;二是作为反应体系的中和试剂,使反应产物呈中性;三是制备成聚丙烯酸钠为主体的复合材料后,作为聚丙烯酸钠的溶剂,增加聚丙烯酸钠与其他原料的溶合度。
作为本技术方案的进一步优选,所述保水树脂母粒的制备方法如下:
按配比称取各物质,将丙烯酸、海泡石粉、魔芋葡甘聚糖、过硫酸钾、羧甲基纤维素钠添加到装有氢氧化钠水溶液的反应容器中混合均匀并在60-70℃下搅拌反应15-25min;先后向所述反应容器中添加氯化铝和N,N’亚甲基双丙烯酰胺,继续在50-60℃下搅拌反应,直至反应产物呈凝胶状时向反应容器中添加碳酸氢钠,继续搅拌反应0.5-1h,然后将反应产物取出并烘干至固含量为90-95wt%;将上述固含量为90-95wt%的反应产物,线型低密度聚乙烯粉料,低密度聚乙烯粉料,高密度聚乙烯粉料,硬脂酸,聚乙烯蜡和硫磺一同进行拌料,然后添加到塑料造粒机中先后经过塑化、过滤、挤出、拉丝、冷却、切割、烘干后即制得成品。
作为本技术方案的进一步优选,所述润滑剂为微晶石蜡,所述分散剂为聚乙烯蜡,所述粘合剂为羧甲基纤维素钠。
与现有技术对比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.红色地膜中的红色有机颜料分散性好,不易褪色;
2.具有较好的保水功能;
3.具有除草效果;
4.地膜抗拉性能好、耐热、耐老化性能好,使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。以下实施例中所述的线型低密度聚乙烯粉料,低密度聚乙烯粉料,高密度聚乙烯粉料均为市购的产品,其中线型低密度聚乙烯粉料,低密度聚乙烯粉料的相对密度在0.910-0.925之间,高密度聚乙烯粉料的相对密度在0.941-0.965之间。以下实施例中所述的红色有机颜料为喹吖啶酮红,也可以替换为其他相近的红色有机颜料。
实施例1
一种红色地膜,包括如下重量份的物质吹塑而得:聚烯烃粉体75份、微晶石蜡2.5份、聚乙烯蜡2.5份、除草组分3份、羧甲基纤维素钠4份、红色母粒5份、保水树脂母粒5份。
所述红色母粒包括如下重量份的物质制得:25份线型低密度聚乙烯粉料,40份低密度聚乙烯粉料,15份高密度聚乙烯粉料,6份羧甲基纤维素,4份木质素纤维,2份红色有机颜料,1.5份2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚,1份4-苯甲酰氧基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶,1.5份邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯,4份聚乙烯蜡。
所述红色母粒的制备方法如下:
将羧甲基纤维素和木质素纤维添加到150倍羧甲基纤维素质量的水中并搅拌均匀,接着再向水中添加红色有机颜料,搅拌至红色有机颜料分散均匀后,将混合液浓缩至固含量为96wt%,制得红色组分,备用;按配比称取线型低密度聚乙烯粉料,低密度聚乙烯粉料,高密度聚乙烯粉料,抗氧剂,光稳定剂,紫外线吸收剂,聚乙烯蜡,与制得的红色组分混合后进行拌料,然后添加到塑料造粒机中先后经过塑化、过滤、挤出、拉丝、冷却、切割、烘干后即制得红色母粒。
所述除草组分由40wt%的负载有除草剂的凹凸棒土、2.5wt%的聚乙烯蜡、10wt%的线型低密度聚乙烯粉料,20wt%的低密度聚乙烯粉料和余量的高密度聚乙烯粉料经塑料造粒机造粒而得。
所述负载有除草剂的凹凸棒土的制备方法如下:
将凹凸棒土在500℃下热活化4h,接着将热活化后的凹凸棒土添加到浓度为50wt%的硅烷偶联剂乙醇溶液中在55℃下进行搅拌50min,然后过滤后将凹凸棒土烘干,得到改性凹凸棒土,将改性凹凸棒土与甲草胺、乙草胺、异丙隆或茶皂素一同在水中混合搅拌,然后烘干,制得负载有除草剂的凹凸棒土。
所述保水树脂母粒包括如下重量份的物质制得:49份线型低密度聚乙烯粉料,19份低密度聚乙烯粉料,6份高密度聚乙烯粉料,7份丙烯酸,8份浓度为10wt%的氢氧化钠水溶液,2份海泡石粉,2份魔芋葡甘聚糖,0.03份过硫酸钾,0.05份氯化铝,0.02份N,N’亚甲基双丙烯酰胺,0.2份碳酸氢钠,1份羧甲基纤维素钠,1.5份硬脂酸1.5份聚乙烯蜡,2份硫磺。
所述保水树脂母粒的制备方法如下:
按配比称取各物质,将丙烯酸、海泡石粉、魔芋葡甘聚糖、过硫酸钾、羧甲基纤维素钠添加到装有氢氧化钠水溶液的反应容器中混合均匀并在65℃下搅拌反应20min;先后向所述反应容器中添加氯化铝和N,N’亚甲基双丙烯酰胺,继续在55℃下搅拌反应,直至反应产物呈凝胶状时向反应容器中添加碳酸氢钠,继续搅拌反应45min,然后将反应产物取出并烘干至固含量为92wt%;将上述固含量为92wt%的反应产物,线型低密度聚乙烯粉料,低密度聚乙烯粉料,高密度聚乙烯粉料,硬脂酸,聚乙烯蜡和硫磺一同进行拌料,然后添加到塑料造粒机中先后经过塑化、过滤、挤出、拉丝、冷却、切割、烘干后即制得成品。
实施例2
一种红色地膜,包括如下重量份的物质吹塑而得:聚烯烃粉体70份、微晶石蜡3份、聚乙烯蜡3份、除草组分4份、羧甲基纤维素钠5份、红色母粒7份、保水树脂母粒7份。
所述红色母粒包括如下重量份的物质制得:20份线型低密度聚乙烯粉料,50份低密度聚乙烯粉料,10份高密度聚乙烯粉料,8份羧甲基纤维素,3份木质素纤维,3份红色有机颜料,1份双(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)硫醚,1.5份六甲基磷酰三胺,2份2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮,3份聚乙烯蜡。
所述红色母粒的制备方法如下:

所述负载有除草剂的凹凸棒土的制备方法如下:
将凹凸棒土在500℃下热活化3h,接着将热活化后的凹凸棒土添加到浓度为50wt%的硅烷偶联剂乙醇溶液中在50℃下进行搅拌60min,然后过滤后将凹凸棒土烘干,得到改性凹凸棒土,将改性凹凸棒土与甲草胺、乙草胺、异丙隆或茶皂素一同在水中混合搅拌,然后烘干,制得负载有除草剂的凹凸棒土。

实施例3
一种红色地膜,包括如下重量份的物质吹塑而得:聚烯烃粉体80份、微晶石蜡2份、聚乙烯蜡2份、除草组分2份、羧甲基纤维素钠3份、红色母粒3份、保水树脂母粒3份。
所述红色母粒包括如下重量份的物质制得:30份线型低密度聚乙烯粉料,30份低密度聚乙烯粉料,20份高密度聚乙烯粉料,4份羧甲基纤维素,5份木质素纤维,1份红色有机颜料,1份双十二碳醇酯、0.5份双十四碳醇酯、0.5份双十八碳醇酯,0.5份2,4,6-三(2’正丁氧基苯基)-1,3,5-三嗪,2份2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮,3份聚乙烯蜡。
所述红色母粒的制备方法如下:
将羧甲基纤维素和木质素纤维添加到200倍羧甲基纤维素质量的水中并搅拌均匀,接着再向水中添加红色有机颜料,搅拌至红色有机颜料分散均匀后,将混合液浓缩至固含量为98wt%,制得红色组分,备用;按配比称取线型低密度聚乙烯粉料,低密度聚乙烯粉料,高密度聚乙烯粉料,抗氧剂,光稳定剂,紫外线吸收剂,聚乙烯蜡,与制得的红色组分混合后进行拌料,然后添加到塑料造粒机中先后经过塑化、过滤、挤出、拉丝、冷却、切割、烘干后即制得红色母粒。
所述除草组分由50wt%的负载有除草剂的凹凸棒土、2wt%的聚乙烯蜡、5wt%的线型低密度聚乙烯粉料,15wt%的低密度聚乙烯粉料和余量的高密度聚乙烯粉料经塑料造粒机造粒而得。
所述负载有除草剂的凹凸棒土的制备方法如下:
将凹凸棒土在500℃下热活化5h,接着将热活化后的凹凸棒土添加到浓度为50wt%的硅烷偶联剂乙醇溶液中在60℃下进行搅拌40min,然后过滤后将凹凸棒土烘干,得到改性凹凸棒土,将改性凹凸棒土与甲草胺、乙草胺、异丙隆或茶皂素一同在水中混合搅拌,然后烘干,制得负载有除草剂的凹凸棒土。
所述保水树脂母粒包括如下重量份的物质制得:64份线型低密度聚乙烯粉料,14份低密度聚乙烯粉料,4份高密度聚乙烯粉料,6份丙烯酸,6份浓度为5wt%的氢氧化钠水溶液,1份海泡石粉,1份魔芋葡甘聚糖,0.04份过硫酸钾,0.06份氯化铝,0.03份N,N’亚甲基双丙烯酰胺,0.3份碳酸氢钠,1.5份羧甲基纤维素钠,2份硬脂酸,2份聚乙烯蜡,3份硫磺。
所述保水树脂母粒的制备方法如下:
按配比称取各物质,将丙烯酸、海泡石粉、魔芋葡甘聚糖、过硫酸钾、羧甲基纤维素钠添加到装有氢氧化钠水溶液的反应容器中混合均匀并在70℃下搅拌反应15min;先后向所述反应容器中添加氯化铝和N,N’亚甲基双丙烯酰胺,继续在60℃下搅拌反应,直至反应产物呈凝胶状时向反应容器中添加碳酸氢钠,继续搅拌反应1h,然后将反应产物取出并烘干至固含量为95wt%;将上述固含量为95wt%的反应产物,线型低密度聚乙烯粉料,低密度聚乙烯粉料,高密度聚乙烯粉料,硬脂酸,聚乙烯蜡和硫磺一同进行拌料,然后添加到塑料造粒机中先后经过塑化、过滤、挤出、拉丝、冷却、切割、烘干后即制得成品。

Claims (3)
1.一种红色地膜,其特征在于包括如下重量份的物质吹塑而得:聚烯烃粉体70-80份、润滑剂2-3份、分散剂2-3份、除草组分2-4份、粘合剂3-5份、红色母粒3-7份、保水树脂母粒3-7份;
所述红色母粒包括如下重量份的物质制得:20-30份线型低密度聚乙烯粉料,30-50份低密度聚乙烯粉料,10-20份高密度聚乙烯粉料,4-8份羧甲基纤维素,3-5份木质素纤维,1-3份红色有机颜料,1-2份抗氧剂,0.5-1.5份光稳定剂,1-2份紫外线吸收剂,3-5份聚乙烯蜡;
所述除草组分由30-50wt%的负载有除草剂的凹凸棒土、2-3wt%的聚乙烯蜡、5-15wt%的线型低密度聚乙烯粉料,15-25wt%的低密度聚乙烯粉料和余量的高密度聚乙烯粉料经塑料造粒机造粒而得;所述除草剂为甲草胺、乙草胺、异丙隆或茶皂素中的一种或多种;所述负载有除草剂的凹凸棒土的制备方法如下:将凹凸棒土在500℃下热活化3-5h,接着将热活化后的凹凸棒土添加到浓度为50wt%的硅烷偶联剂乙醇溶液中在50-60℃下进行搅拌40-60min,然后过滤后将凹凸棒土烘干,得到改性凹凸棒土,将改性凹凸棒土与除草剂一同在水中混合搅拌,然后烘干,制得负载有除草剂的凹凸棒土;
所述保水树脂母粒包括如下重量份的物质制得:34-64份线型低密度聚乙烯粉料,14-24份低密度聚乙烯粉料,4-8份高密度聚乙烯粉料,6-8份丙烯酸,6-10份浓度为5-15wt%的氢氧化钠水溶液,1-3份海泡石粉,1-3份魔芋葡甘聚糖,0.02-0.04份过硫酸钾,0.04-0.06份氯化铝,0.01-0.03份N,N’亚甲基双丙烯酰胺,0.1-0.3份碳酸氢钠,0.5-1.5份羧甲基纤维素钠,1-2份硬脂酸,1-2份聚乙烯蜡,1-3份硫磺;所述保水树脂母粒的制备方法如下:按配比称取各物质,将丙烯酸、海泡石粉、魔芋葡甘聚糖、过硫酸钾、羧甲基纤维素钠添加到装有氢氧化钠水溶液的反应容器中混合均匀并在60-70℃下搅拌反应15-25min;先后向所述反应容器中添加氯化铝和N,N’亚甲基双丙烯酰胺,继续在50-60℃下搅拌反应,直至反应产物呈凝胶状时向反应容器中添加碳酸氢钠,继续搅拌反应0.5-1h,然后将反应产物取出并烘干至固含量为90-95wt%;将上述固含量为90-95wt%的反应产物,线型低密度聚乙烯粉料,低密度聚乙烯粉料,高密度聚乙烯粉料,硬脂酸,聚乙烯蜡和硫磺一同进行拌料,然后添加到塑料造粒机中先后经过塑化、过滤、挤出、拉丝、冷却、切割、烘干后即制得成品;
所述红色母粒中的光稳定剂为4-苯甲酰氧基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶、六甲基磷酰三胺、2,4,6-三(2’正丁氧基苯基)-1,3,5-三嗪中的一种或多种;紫外线吸收剂为邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮中的一种或多种;抗氧剂为2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚、双(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)硫醚、双十二碳醇酯、双十四碳醇酯、双十八碳醇酯中的一种或多种。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种红色地膜,其特征在于,所述红色母粒的制备方法如下:
将羧甲基纤维素和木质素纤维添加到100-200倍羧甲基纤维素质量的水中并搅拌均匀,接着再向水中添加红色有机颜料,搅拌至红色有机颜料分散均匀后,将混合液浓缩至固含量为94-98wt%,制得红色组分,备用;按配比称取线型低密度聚乙烯粉料,低密度聚乙烯粉料,高密度聚乙烯粉料,抗氧剂,光稳定剂,紫外线吸收剂,聚乙烯蜡,与制得的红色组分混合后进行拌料,然后添加到塑料造粒机中先后经过塑化、过滤、挤出、拉丝、冷却、切割、烘干后即制得红色母粒。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种红色地膜,其特征在于,所述润滑剂为微晶石蜡,所述分散剂为聚乙烯蜡,所述粘合剂为羧甲基纤维素钠。
