Claims (18)
- 폴리에틸렌과 생분해성 지방족 폴리에스터가 1:1∼1:30의 중량비로 혼합된 매트릭스 수지 100중량부와 전분 10∼150중량부, 전분가소제 0.01∼40중량부, 전분의 결합파괴제 0.01∼10중량부, 결합제 0.01∼10중량부, 라디칼개시제 0.01∼1.0중량부 및 자동산화제 0.01∼10중량부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전분이 매트릭스 수지에 화학 결합된 생분해성 플라스틱 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물에 조단량체 0.01∼10중량부 및/또는 상용촉매제 0.01~10중량부가 더욱 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조단랑체가 아크릴로니트릴, 스티렌 및 에틸아크릴레이트 중 하나 또는 그 이상이 혼합된 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 상용촉매제가 아크릴산 및/또는 메타크릴산인 것을 특징로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌이 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 선형저밀도 폴리에틸렌 또는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 생분해성 지방족 폴리에스터가 폴리카프로락톤, 폴리락트산, 및 디올과 디엑시드로 축중합되는 지방족 폴리에스터와 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전분이 60∼120중량부로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전분이 옥수수 전분, 감자 전분 및 쌀 전분 등으로 이루어지는 일반 전분과 산처리 전분, 에스테르 전분, 양성 전분 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전분가소제가 에틸렌 글리콜, 프로필렌 글리콜, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 솔비톨, 글리세를 또는 이들의 혼합조성인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전분의 결합파괴제가 요소, 파라톨루엔 술폰아마이드, 멜라민 또는 이들의 혼합조성인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합제가 무수 말레인산, 무수 메타크릴산 및 말레이미드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 라디칼개시제가 벤조일 퍼옥사이드, 디-삼중부틸 퍼옥사이드, 아조비스 이소부틸로 니트릴, 삼중부틸 히드로 퍼옥사이드, 디큐밀 퍼옥사이드, 1, 3-Bis(t-butylperoxy-isoaropyl)benzene, 또는 2, 5-Dimethyl-2, 5-di(t-butylperoxy)hexane인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자동산화제가 올레인산, 스테아린산, 올레인산 망간, 스테아린산 망간, 올레인산 철(II), 스테아린산 철(II) 또는 이들의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 2개의 원료 공급부와 2대의 원료공급기가 부착된 이축압출기를 준비하여 폴리에틸렌과 생분해성 지방족 폴리에스터가 1:1∼1:30의 중량비로 혼합된 매트릭스 수지 100중량부와 결합제 0.01∼10중량부 및 라디칼개시제 0, 01∼1.0중량부를 이축압출기의 주공급부에 넣고 전분 10∼150중량부와 전분가소제 0.01∼40중량부, 전분 결합파괴제 0.01∼10중량부 및 자동산화제 0.01∼10중량부를 측면공급부에 넣어 상기 매트릭스 수지 혼합물과 상기 전분 혼합물을 서로 다른 위치에서 공급하여 이축압출기에서 혼합시킨 후, 온도 150∼220℃, 스크류속도 50∼300rpm에서 반응압출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전분이 매트릭스 수지에 화학 결합된 생분해성 플라스틱 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 조성물의 제조시 조단량체 0.01∼10중량부 및/또는 상용촉매제 0.01∼10중량부가 결합제와 동시에 더욱 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 조단량체가 아크릴로니트릴, 스티렌, 에틸 아크릴레이트 중 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 상용촉매제가 아크릴산 및/또는 메타크릴산인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 전분이 매트릭스 수지에 화학결합된 생분해성 플라스틱 조성물로부터 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 플라스틱 성형물.
