Claims (3)
- 강판을 적충해서 구성되어 있는 동시에 축선방향으로 뻗은 슬롯이 원주방향으로 간격을 두고 형성된 고정자 철심과, 상기 슬롯에 설치된 권선을 구비하고 있는 회전 전기의 고정자로서, 상기 권선은 축선에 대해 수직방향의 단면형상이 구형형상인 동시에 전개 했을때의 전체형상이 크랭크상으로 사행한 형상인 도체로 구성되고 상기 도체는 상기 슬롯내에 적충된 직선부와 이 직선부끼리를 접속하고 있는 동시에 상기 고정자 철심의 양측면으로부터 축선방향으로 돌출한 브리지부로 구성 되어 있는 회전 전기의 고정자.
- 강판을 적충해서 구성되어 있는 동시에 축선방향으로 뻗은 슬롯이 원주방향으로 간격을 갖고 형성된 고정자 철심과, 상기 슬롯에 설치된 권선과, 상기 슬롯의 입구부에 설치되고 상기 권선이 슬롯으로부터 반경 내측방향으로 돌출 하는것을 방지하는 웨지를 구비하며, 상기 고정자 철심은 환상이고 내주부에 간격을 두고 형성된 피걸림부를 갖는 코어백과, 상기 피걸림부에 걸린 걸림부를 갖는 동시에 슬롯을 형성한 티스로 구성되고 또 상기 권선은 전개 했을때의 전체 형상이 크랭크상으로 사행한 형상인 도체로 구성되고 상기 도체는 상기 슬롯내에 적층된 직선부와 이 직선부끼리를 접속하고 있는 동시에 상기 고정자 철심의 양측면으로부터 축선방향으로 돌출된 브리지부로 구성된 회전 전기의 고정자의 제조방법으로, 상기 슬롯의 입구부에 웨지를 걸리게 하여, 각 티스를 환상으로 결합하는 공정과, 상기 도체를 여러번 돌려감아 겹쳐서 구성된 블록상의 권선을 각 상기 티스에 넣는 공정과, 상기 코어백의 상기 피걸림부에 상기 티스의 상기 걸림부를 걸리게 하는 공정을 갖는 회전 전기의 고정자의 제조방법.
- 강판을 적충해서 구성되어 있는 동시에 축선방향으로 뻗은 슬롯이 원주 방향으로 간격을 두고 형성된 고정자 철심과, 상기 슬롯에 설치된 권선을 구비하고 상기 고정자 철심은 환상으로 내주부에 간격을 두고 형성된 피걸림부를 갖는 코어백과 상기 피걸림부에 걸리게 된 걸림부를 갖는 동시에 슬롯을 형성한 티스로 구성되고, 또 상기 권선은 전개 했을때의 전체 형상이 크랭크상으로 사행한 형상인 도체로 구성되며, 상기 도체는 상기 슬롯내에 적충된 직선부와 이 직선부끼리를 접속하고 있는 동시에 상기 고정자 철심의 양측면으로부터 축선방향으로 돌출한 브리지부로 구성된 회전 전기의 고정자의 제조방법으로, 미리 내경부에서 연결부를 통해서 환상으로 결합된 상기 티스에 상기 도체를 여러번 돌려감아 겹쳐서 구성된 블록상의 권선을 넣는 공정과 상기 코어백의 상기 피걸림부에 상기 티스의 상기 걸림부를 걸리게 하는 공정과, 상기 연결부를 절삭하는 공정을 갖는 회전 전기의 고정자의 제조방법.
