Description
Claims (2)
- 정극집전체와 상기 정극집전체상에 형성된 정극활물질층을 가지는 정극과, 부극집전체와 상기 부극집전체상에 형성된 부극활물질층을 가지는 부극과 상기 정극과 부극사이에 배치되고 리튬이온 함유전해액을 유지하는 세퍼레이터와 관통공을 갖는 다공질의 2개의 접착성수지층으로 구성된 리튬이온 2차 전지에 있어서 각 수지층은 상기 정극활물질층과 상기 부극활물질층을 각각 세퍼레이터에 접합하는 동시에 상기 정극과 세퍼레이터와 부극을 서로 전기적으로 접속하는 상기 전해액을 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 2차 전지.
- 정극집전체에 정극활물질층을 형성해서 정극을 준비하는 공정과, 부극집전체에 부극활물질층을 형성해서 부극을 준비하는 공정과, 불소계수지 또는 불소계수지를 주성분으로 해서 포함하는 혼합물을 N-메칠피로리돈에 분산시켜 접착성수지용액을 조정하는 공정과, 상기 접착성수지용액을, 상기 정극활물질층 및 이에 대향하는 세퍼레이터의 표면의 적어도 한쪽 및 상기 부극활물질층 및 이에 대향하는 세퍼레이터의 표면의 적어도 한쪽에 도포하는 공정과, 상기 정극활물질층 및 부극활물질층을 상기 세퍼레이터의 양면에 맞붙이는 공정과, 상기 접착성수지용액으로부터 상기 N-메칠피로리돈을 증발시켜 다공성의 접착성수지층을 형성하고, 상기 정극활물질층 및 상기 부극활물질층과 상기 세퍼레이터를 접합하고, 전극적층체를 형성하는 공정과, 상기 전극적층체에 리튬이온을 포함하는 전해액을 공급하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 2차 전지의 제조 방법.
